Brief version: One star given. This might be a good shop but unfortunately I wasn't able to experience that good service that others have gotten. They get too busy to listen to their customers and give their customers the proper auto service that they need. There's no need to schedule appointments because it won't ensure that you're seen before anyone else. If you want someone to make you feel rushed and take forever on your vehicle, this is a good place to go. Long review/explanation: I called to set up an appointment. Was asked to describe the issue. After describing, I was told to tell them everything I explained when I brought the car in the next day. (So why did I waste my time explaining in detail?) I came in the next morning and explained that I had an appointment. The guy did not expect me at all. I had to tell him my name, phone number, and car details and issues all over again. I now see that I could have walked in with no issue. (No need to call ahead review readers) While I was giving my car information, I could see the guy taking my information was going to start rushing me on the details when another customer walked in. I hadn't uttered 2 sentences on what was wrong with my car when the phone rang and he told me to hold on. I managed to say that I had acceleration issues and rough idling. I couldn't explain much else. After he got off the phone he asked for my keys and was in a hurry to the next guy, so I was rushed off. There was one other guy waiting in there and when I was leaving 3 more people came. I dropped my car off at 9:45am and knew they would take a while. I didn't care as long as my issues could be fixed. I received a call an hour later. A mechanic asked me about the sounds my car was making. I had to explain that my car wasn't making any sounds and again explained I had issues with my car slowing down while I was accelerating and when I was actually slowing down I had that rough idle and it even felt like my car was going to stall out on when I got under a certain speed. He said he'd take it on a test drive and see if he got the issue. 2 hours later he finally called back (12:47pm). I was told that my car ran perfectly and that nothing was wrong with it. The guy brushed aside the issues that I mentioned, and explained that it was normal for cars to kick up and take a while to pick up speed. That wasn't my issue, so I asked if they could still perform some maintenance checks and I was told that they already did. Everything looked good. I was only charged $20. So I wasn't disappointed. My car ran smoothly for two days so I thought maybe the supposed maintenance did the job. Then my car stalled two times after I started it in a parking lot (all my dash lights were flashing so I didn't know what it was). I thought maybe it was a battery issue and that driving would sort it out. I was able to make it on a 20 minute drive home with no major issues but my acceleration issues were back. It would happen once or twice on my commutes that were 20 mins or more. It would jolt when I was going full speed and make me jump, but ran smooth otherwise so I drove for a few days. Precisely a week after I brought it in to Mackenzie's, my check engine light came on and my car almost stalled on me two more times on a very busy NF Boulevard and Sheridan Dr. I took it to Auto-zone for a check engine light reading the next day (even though my engine light had gone away after 15hrs) and I got an error code P0335, which perfectly explained my acceleration issues. My check engine light flashed once, so quickly I barely saw it, before I took it to Mackenzie's. The reason I'm giving a bad review is because had they plugged in any scanning tools in my car or tried to diagnose the issues I explained, they would have likely seen precisely what was wrong. I completely understood that they were busy and didn't have time to give my car full attention to the problems I was experiencing, but it was wrong to tell me that nothing was wrong without really checking.

Incredible service. Took care of our van while we were out on tour and was very understanding of our situation. He fit us in for the day and got us back out on the road.

Called this place early Saturday got a humble man on the phone was great he said bring your motorcycle right by on Monday after work we will inspect it I called before I left my house to bring it there and was told that there motorcycle inspector will not be there! People have jobs and make time to do this plus motorcycles are weather permitting. Horrible experience for motorcycles I'd suggest going elsewhere.

I am an avid car guy who has used a lot of shops in the past until I found Chris. Him and his team run the best shop around, no part swapper's here, they actually diagnose your vehicle and fix it the first time!!
