If Google allowed for a zero star rating, I would be more than happy to give it to this location. The service advisor Sam is extremely rude and very conniving. I went in for a free change over and he recommended unnecessary work on my vehicle. I was recently at the dealership (which I’ve been going to for years) two weeks ago and nothing was mentioned to me that Sam pushed me into doing. Bunch of crooks at this location. Stay away.

Horrible experience . Service advisor Sam was very rude. I came for free tire change over that they offer when u purchase tires and rims from them. They told me that my car will be done in 2 hours. After waiting more than 4 hours I went asked him is my car done. He throw my car keys at me and told me I don’t have time for free stuff if u wait I can do it if you can’t wait you can take ur keys and take ur business else where. Never ever taking my car to him and I regret purchasing tires from this location.

Went in and refused oil change service for my 2011 CRV because I did not want to use Fully Synthetic, under the pretext that Honda requires ONLY synthetic oil! Very disappointed ...

Brought my 2011 vw golf in for service, I was taken care of promptly by the well mannered service advisor Sam kayum. Also the price was considerably on point for the services I had done on my vehicle. Would come back again forsure

EVERYONE NORMALY I DONT HAVE TIME TO GIVE A GOOGLE REVIEW BUT I WANTED TO LET EVERYONE KNOW THAT DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THE GUY WORKING THERE NAME SAM VERY RUDE.....
