I will never go back here. There’s a huge disconnect between them and the insurance companies, and it’s a challenge just to speak to someone. Whenever I call them, my now ex-broker was constantly away from her desk, and they were unwilling to let me speak with anyone else. On top of that, I’ve now been waiting for a refund on a cancelled policy. I was told it would be refunded 6 days ago, and now when I call them, they have no clue what’s going on. The incompetency here is a joke. UPDATE: They are now claiming that the company doesn’t owe me any money. Considering I was charged for a month I wasn’t covered for, that’s incorrect. So after being told from the beginning I would get a refund for that month, they suddenly decided not to give me one. Seriously, nobody use these guys, what a joke.

We have been dealing with McFarlane for years. They are always friendly, co-operative, and very helpful. Karen Allen is amazing.
