Allstate Insurance: Southland Crossing Agency

Just signed up with All State for home and auto insurance. My agent (Dean P) went above and beyond. He offered to come in on the Easter holiday weekend to get my insurance quote/policy finalized. In addition, he was very responsive via email regarding any questions that I had; and to wrap things up, he spent over an hour on the phone with me to discuss the policy/coverage. The annual premiums are fairly priced.

They are your run of the mill insurance company. Their customer service is why I rate them low. Trying to get a policy was like swimming up a waterfall, not because of any blemishes on my driving history - they're just frustrated, anxious people. There was no room for casual discussion on insurance policies, they just want you to accept their terms so you can get the F*** out immediately. I missed a payment and when I tried to resolve the issue (had the money in the wrong account), the person on the other end chewed me out like I was a criminal. Don't even bother talking to them - give them the money and move on.

I've used this group for over 30 years and always found them to be very responsive with any questions or changes I have had to make to my policies.

Poor customer service and highest insurance rates! I would never go to these guys for an insurance their rates are twice as high as other companies and their customer service is even worse.

Not recommended due to poor customer service. Simple administrative errors made by branch staff and you end up with additional charges. Will not renew.
