With full confidence I can say that this is the best insurance agency. The customer service provided by Jeff and his staff is superior! Any request is handles promptly and even after hours! All of our companies fleet and business liability insurance among with personal coverage are now insured with Co-operators because of Jeff's customer care, appreciation and strategic service. If you want haste free insurance, understanding your needs agents with reasonable rates this is the place to go
Worst insurance group ever. No problems with over charging their customer and are rude to top it all off. Once I left i saved $150 a month.
Jeff was fantastic to work with. He understood how hard it is to have young children and he came to our home on a Sunday. He was extremely personable and made me feel like I was in good hands. I had never purchased life insurance before and Jeff took the time to make sure that I understood how everything worked. I also liked how he was not pushy and made sure that the decision of what kind of insurance I wanted was mine. I will be recommending Jeff and the Cooperators to all friends and family. Thanks again Jeff.
Great for drivers coming from abroad. Can work on recognizing NCB, making HUGE difference to price. Claims for hail and someone hitting me in the rear have been dealt with quickly and professionally. My insurer has gone above and beyond to minimize inconvenience to me. Easy to deal with and get things done fast and fairly. Like dealing with real people, not script readers!
Because of the NDP, Insurance must be paid upfront for 1 year at a time opposed to monthly payments. Not everyone can afford to pay a year upfront for Insurance! Keep politics/politicians out, it is not helping the working middle class people of this city!
