Shoutout to the lovely girl at the pay window tonight, wonderful mannerisms and very accommodating.nnHowever, the second window had two employees who thought the below was a “full order” of fries…how downhill this location has gone.nnThe quality of everything has steadily declined. Often there are people who will cut you off mid sentence and then will ask “is that everything” after cutting me off, only to have to ask me to repeat what they could have understood had they just let me finish.nnThis McDonalds is not what it used to be.

I ordered delivery from this location through the McDonald’s app, and the hotcake portion of 2 happy meals were missing. I verified with the driver that he didn’t forget any items. I then called the McDelivery phone line and was given one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. My solution was simple: either send me the hotcakes or refund the hotcake happy meals completely so I can reorder. Both the initial agent and the supervisor told me they don’t re-deliver and can only refund exactly what was missing, which was only $3.75. So my kids didn’t get their meal, and to make right the mistake McDonald’s made, I need to pay $12.50 plus another delivery fee, service fee + gratuity to get my hotcakes. I’ve lost faith in this service and will not recommend it to anyone if I don’t receive a reasonable response to this review. Why am I, the customer, punished for the company’s mistake?

I'm rating this as a McDonald's not as a regular restaurant. This is one of the better locations we've been to. Clean, nice play area and very helpful staff. I was trying to figure out how to get the discounts by using the app and the girls at the counter were excellent. High chairs in the play area and lots of good seating was available when we went in the evening.

Mcdonalds has gone insane. Now they are chraging $25cents plus taxes for a paperbag if you have a take out order. Take your own bags people. Got pumpkin spice latte which is definitely better at Starbucks. Got Big Mac and fries.

So many times now they keep forgetting things. Ive ordered 2 SM meals with 2 hashbrowns each and this is the third time I drove all the way to work and notice it's missing the other 2 but yet yall charged me for it.nnYou need to properly train your staff. This has happened so many times. Same when I use the MCD app yall forget things and I have to call door dash which is a Hassel if yall just did your job properly.nnVery disappointed.
