McDonalds

I have been to this McDonald's quite a few times, and majority of the time the SCREW up your order. Went in this morning before work, and ordered a 1 burrito meal with a large earl grey triple triple. When I got to the window to pay, the lady told me my meal was the sausage mcmuffin combo and I told her it was not. So she told me to move down to the pickup window. When I got to the pickup window, I asked them to confirm my order and all she said was "large earl grey triple triple." and I said yes, the 1 burrito meal. She agreed. I didn't check my bag before I left, like I normally do, and when I got to work, I realized it was the sausage mcmuffin instead of what I actually ordered. Which means the car behind me got my meal. Hoping they noticed and got the correct meal. I've previously ordered a few meals at one time, and would go back to correct it because they always forgot the fries, and always put ice in drinks when specifically asked not to. THE MANAGER must provide proper training and customer service training to his employees. Something needs to be done about the incorrect orders because I know I'm not the only one who has received screwed up orders. So frustrating. I will be contacting this location to speak with the manager. What if people are allergic to certain things and get a meal they are unable to enjoy because the employees got the orders wrong or mixed up, yet they paid for a meal they're unable to eat.

Worse than most other fast food joints. Constantly screw up our very simple orders, and constantly cheap out on the simple things like filling up a large fries container. Worst McDonald's I've seen in ages, across the country.

I was actually surprised at the cost of the chicken nuggets, thank god I had a coupon for buy 1 get 1 free. I rarely ever eat fast food,now I know why. And the size of them has gone down after all these years.

I'm reviewing this McDonald's because I have repeatedly seen moldy buns posted to local Facebook groups from this location. I want to make sure that I never go here. I hope someone calls food safety inspection on you. It's absolutely disgusting.

This is not a criticism of the staff at this particular McDonald's. However, I have eaten at a McDonald's for the last time. Far too often, I have received food that clearly was slapped together with no care or concern. Usually it's not even in the shape it should be. I'm not a food snob. But I do expect that my food is edible, not stacked like a set of stairs so it runs all over everything. This, combined with what has to be a 50% error rate at your drive thrus. This is a systemic error from thinking you can fully assembly line food. You cannot. That is why your product is so far below the standards of even Burger King. With changes in dietary habits making the market smaller for you every year, you should focus on improving the quality of food preparation so people will eat your food.
