We had my son’s 8th birthday party in the PlayPlace, and the kids all loved it!nnThe table was set up for us when we arrived, and the host was attentive, making sure everything went smoothly which it did. The PlayPlace even has its own bathroom, which was so convenient, the kids didn’t have to leave the play area at all.nnOverall, I was very happy with the birthday party experience at this McDonald’s.

Asked for fresh fries inside when I went inside, they were like warm. Asked if I could get some fresh one and the on shift manger said sure. She promptly went over and got some fries that were sitting about the vat which had 2 minutes left on their life. Josh store manager stood right beside me when I asked but apparently didnt see his shift manager completely ignore my request.nnWas not busy inside or at drive through at the time of my visit.nnComplete disregard for fresh food, no urgency to be seen anywhere.nnSame manager was calling out a tray of food for a senior group when she saw they had a number on their table and they were the only people waiting at a table.ntable.nnGo to the clearbrook mcdonalds if you want fresh food, and good service.

If I could give this McDonalds less then one star I would!nI have been going back n forth with myself today questioning if I should actually post these or not on the off chance it’s actually just the “red pepper” in the mix that did it. But I’m 99.9% sure that there was blood in my breakfast burrito this morning.nI called and complained and all they could offer me was a new set of burritos & my money back, when I said no they said I can give you a $20 gift card, to which I accepted because at that point what is the point in arguing anymore….nnBut I just wanted to WARN others, CHECK YOUR FOOD FROM HERE BEFORE YOU EAT IT nI’m literally beyond disgusted.

photo speaks for itself. food looks unappetizing and staff always misunderstand the order. i understand it’s fast food but as a former mcdonald’s employee this is disgusting

I went to this McDonald’s location with a couple friends, And I was going to leave a good review until they pretty much completely forgot my friends order and it just ruined the vibe. They had to go back to the counter twice to get their full order. Also, the atmosphere had a sketchy vibe with sketchy people around. Furthermore, all their garbage cans were full and we couldn’t put our garbage away. I will be gracious because the Lord Jesus Christ was gracious to me by dying on the cross for my sins, and that it was New Year’s Eve at 10pm so that may have played into the not so good experience.
