Wendy's

I normally stay away from fast food, but Wendy's is the only place I will go. Especially this location. They have really nice employees, and really good quality food. It's always busy, but still give great service.

Walked out of Red Robin tonight after sitting and waiting for someone to notice us and come take our order. It was getting late so we just popped into Wendy's for a quick dinner instead. They were super friendly and we had a bite to eat in no time at half the price. Yes it's fast food but it's fresh and decent and they were actually polite and friendly.

Super disgusting. The tables are all coated in grease and disgusting gunk. There were 7 employees working and I just stood at the counter for a good 5 minutes before anyone actually bothered to look my way, let alone take my order. The most horrible thing though was the cross contamination. One of the girls preparing the burger put a slice of cheese on a burger and then took it off and put it back into the container with the other cheese. There are some serious health violations going on here. I suggest taking a closer look at your cooks and actually have them follow the law. Oh and this all happened when there was only one other customer who had long since paid for his order, so I was the only one standing there at the counter. They were definitely not busy doing much.

Probably one of the better fast food restaurants. At least they have some better options other than burgers and fries.

Food is typical Wendy's when they get it right. The staff working there often seem to struggle with understanding English and speaking it so they are easily understood. Very poor customer service, both in communication and often making mistakes in orders.
