McDonald's

Slower than slow. Always have machines malfunction. Cashiers don't know how to communicate. Food prep is lacking. I prefer the other McDonald's in town. I feel like they just don't care at this location.

The crew here is very friendly and strive to get your order correct. Try a Caramel Frappe (I have them add a shot of espresso for a midday pick me up)! Everyone seems happy to be there, and they always greet you with a smile. And when we go in, it's always clean and seems to be run like a well oiled machine.

This location has great customer service. The cashiers are friendly. The food almost always comes out correct and hot.

We stopped in for sundays at the drive thru. The guy at the pay window was disheveled and unshaven and as I drove ahead I looked at my card he had handed me and realized he gave me no receipt. I asked the girl at the food window if she could give me one and she said the other guy was supposed to do it. I said he didn't, can you give me one? She said no, so I said how do I know he didn't over charge me and she laughed at me like I was an idiot. They need to do a little training on customer service and the customer is always right.

I enjoy McDonald's iced coffee and this is the one that does it right.
