Corned beef sandwich had best CB I have ever had on it. Macaroni and Brussel Sprouts were good as well. Will definitely return for more. Service was not particularly good especially since I was sitting at bar all by myself.

The food is exceptional! Seasoned perfectly! Love the cold slaw! And Connie ii s the perfect server...like having your mom fixing your plate and caring about what you eat! My favourite restaurant in Lapeer!

Good food, poor service. I hesitate to write a review based on service, but after 3 visits and all three having very lack luster service I think the time has come. I want to ensure that everyone knows that their food is good. Good smoke, tender meat, and good sauces. A great side is their Brussels sprouts, really good. However, every time I have gone the service has been less than lack luster. I haven't gone at busy times and it still has been an issue. Each time there was quite a wait for food, and you had to really try to flag down your server for refills. This kind of issue really detracts from the quality of the food.

Finally a place I got good ribs and not have to drive many miles! Best thing about it is that it's in my own backyard! You've definitely got to try their ribs, the fried pickles, sweet potato fries and last but not least the mac & cheese!
