I always look forward to pizza and cheesy bread from here. Had a cheesy bread turn out bad told manager and gave me a credit towards my next cheesy bread purchase. Always a satisfied customer I serve my guests with the best.

Everything i have tried from the menu has always been excellent.  This is always my family's go to for carry out. Best in lapeer hands down!

If I could rate 0 I would. We ordered pizza today around 6:20 and it did not arrive until 8:00. When it arrived, we found out that it was not what we ordered. If I'm waiting for almost 2 hours for a pizza, the least they could do is make sure I get the correct food. It's ridiculous.

Update: after another hour of waiting the driver FINALLY arrives with the CORRECT pizza and it is COLD. This must've been the original pizza we ordered 3 hours ago. Do NOT order from them.

I had a problem and they are fixing it after there closed. Thank you Hugo's. I love your food, just didn't turn out right today. Thank you so so much for making it for me so we can eat! The man I spoke with has great customer service skills! He's replacing the stuff for us and going out of his way to work late....thank you so much. Still 5 stars 🌟 in my eyes.

Excellent food! Not just for pizza but their broaster chicken is delicious. Not to mention the y are the only place i know of that will deliver a cheeseburger. There has been a lot of improvement since the last manager had left
