Crankshaft Coffee Bar

Crankshaft is such an incredible addition to the Lapeer downtown aesthetic. Dave and Gina are artists, and their medium is the finely chosen and crafted espresso, coffee drinks, exquisite cold brew and tasty treats. Their proximity to both our Crust location and Lapeer staples Dagwood and Blondie's makes a visit to Crankshaft a coffee and culinary breath of fresh air. Highly recommended!

I have enjoyed every single cup I've ordered. So happy to have a real local small-town - coffee shop in our county. Dave brews his own Cold Brew. It is excellent!

Great new addition to downtown Lapeer! I won't be going back to Starbucks again. Dave and Gina, the owners, are awesome and will make sure you get you want and how u want it. If you want a strong flavorful cup of Jo or some gluten free snacks Crankshaft Coffee is the place to go. They also have substitutes for cream for people with allergies or vegans. Check it out, you won't be dissapointed, I promise!

Great coffee and cool atmosphere in the back. The barista recommended a pour over that was fantastic.

My experience with Crankshaft has been nothing but warm and welcoming! I love the vibe and especially the service and commitment to providing great coffee.
