McDonald's

I ordered Skip the dishes and received a raw jr chicken burger when i called mcdonald’s they didn’t seem concerned about the fact the chicken was raw and they said that they could give me a free fry if i went in for inconvenience.

The food tasted great, but my cheese burger was crushed under all the other burgers that were in boxes. Very nice customer service but always have to ask for a tray when I have four drinks on a to go order. Also the drink machine by the exit door has been putting out warm drinks for years now.

Wanted to try the new grinch meal and they only gave me the socks and a big Mac with. Drink. Plus took 40 mins and I had to pull to the side. Wasn't busy at all and workers looked out of it. We go often and unfortunately tonight we give a 1 star for a 40 min wait and not getting what we ordered.

Went through the drive through today and paid over 70$ for one kids meals and three adult meals. We were missing the French fries in every single meal except for the kids meal. Obviously didn’t notice until we got home. I tried calling the restaurant 7 times and all I got was the busy signal!!!nWhen I gave my kids the food that was there, I took the receipt and drove back to the McDonalds to politely request for my missing items I paid for. Not only did the women accuse me of lying but the attitude was disgusting!!!!! She demanded I show her the bag with food in it to prove my fry’s were missing. I explained my kids are eating at home. And I didn’t notice they were missing until I got home, and tried calling with no answer. She then rudely accused me of lying again saying that her staff has “three” different bag checkers and they all said it was there.nI heard her tell a young man in the back to “just give me the fry’s this time, but she believes her staff and thinks it’s suspicious that I returned 30 minutes later!!”nAre you kidding me lady??? You think I want to waste my time driving back all the way back to your establishment to steel from you????nThat women was so incredibly rude, and accused a paying customer with the receipt that I’m a lying thief.nIt’ll be a long time before I waste my time buying their food ever again.

Terrible service. 40mins in the drive thru with only 6 people in front of me..every single time I go through the drive thru for a simple meal I am asked to pull to the side when I get to the window because my food isn’t ready. This isn’t the point of a drive thru. Do not reccomened. I’ve lived here my whole life and the service here has become so so bad. So much for FAST FOOD.
