Harvey's

I have been here on a number of occasions and it has been a mixed bag of food quality, delivery and service. On the good side, the Veggie burgers from Harveys were great as was their service to someone in need of assistance. On the negative side, (1) an order of 1/4 chicken was charged as 1/2 chicken (only discovered this when i was home), (2) we sat down in the Swiss Chalet side where a hostess walked out and left the area without service and leaving us to go up to the counter and order and pick up our food; and (3) we were asked to leave the Swiss Chalet side because we had Harveys food and had to sit on poorer quality chairs and tables in the Harveys side (it was substantially more uncomfortable for me because of my condition).

Dont go here if youre in a rush. I was the only car in the drive thru and it still took over 20 minutes. Terrible customer service, the staff were standing around laughing. I will not be going back, too bad because the food is not the problem.

Only car in drive thru, still took over 20mins. Burgers were overloaded with dressings and nearly to messy to eat.

Went with the Harvey's side: Ordering is a pain. The area for the Harvey's line up is in a terrible spot. The burgers came back extremely dry, and the server tried serving smaller burgers purposely to both myself and my wife. After 5 minutes of explaining the order in front of his face on the receipt, we finally got our proper order. Due to allergies, and the toppings all getting mixed up due to poor planning on systems, we didn't even get the promoted your burger your way. So with some dry burgers, and lack of toppings due to them all being mixed, we wasted $20 and an hour of time. Hoping the Swiss Chalet side is much better.
