McDonald's

This place used to be my go to location. It’s going down hill fast. My close friend ordered a Sausage McGriddle, didn’t check it. Drove to work and they didn’t put anything on it. Nothing. Just the two buns. They couldn’t understand Sausage McGriddle. He decided to give them another try the next day and he checked the sandwich this time. It had just the sausage. No egg no cheese. He walked in and got them to fix it. Again they didn’t understand what he meant by sausage McGriddle. However when he received the sandwich back for the third try it had two paddies.

The staff at this McDonald’s was very efficient. The cashier spoke clearly and was polite. The whole establishment was clean and welcoming. The service was pleasant surprisingly especially for a busy McDonald’s. We always enjoy coming here to let our grandkids play in the play centre while we enjoy a cup of coffee or a quick meal.

The restaurant is clean. Staffs are nice, they brought the orders to the table so there's no waiting in line for pickup. The washrooms are clean and well maintained too. Went here because kids wanted to go to the one with playplace. Playplace is nice and clean as well, the kids had fun with big slides. There's no self-serve pop machine in this location though.

The reason I jumped on to give a review is I took my grandkids this past weekend for breakfast and the PLAY CENTER. Honestly the only reason we went there was because of the play center. I went to the door to discover it does not open until 10:00am WHAT????? Do they know how early children are up. This is absolutely ridiculous, WHY? Is it not open they don’t even have to monitor it. Macdonald’s this needs to change.

Once again McDonald's never fails to disappoint. I went in to get a simple happy meal for my granddaughter and they couldn't even put everything into the meal. There is no fries and the nuggets are overdone. But I noticed this before I drove 18 minutes to my home I would have taken it back. Can I get a simple Happy Meal correct.
