McDonald's

This McDonald's is alright, mornings are good but in the afternoon to evening, they are slow when slightly busy, (for example, 2 cars in driveway and one inside) I waited about 10 minutes to get a simple burger. At the Cambridge McDonald's that was more busy, I got my food in like 3 minutes. The employees here looked like they were just walking slowly and dreading to move faster in the evening. Food is still good tho

I usually don’t post things but honestly I have had enough of this McDonald’s location. Last Friday my daughter and I stopped for dinner - we ate inside. Surprise surprise people were waiting for their food more than 15 minutes! The most disturbing however is that there was someone using an industrial vacuuming machine inside of where the food was being prepared during busy dinner hour. The manager said nothing. I was in shock. Employees were walking around him with food to bring to the customer. I brought up the wait and my concern to the manager her reply was well Cambridge McDonald’s has twice more managers then we do but we’re working on it. This has to be against infection control practices and Minnesota Department of health standards. Why is corporate office not taking notice to all of these complaints?

This LOCATION NEEDS A NEW CREW!!!! I ordered a Sweet BBQ grilled chicken sandwich and got a BURGER!!!! I already waited 10 mins for my food and had to wait another 10 mins for them to make me a new one. I watched them refund 3 peoples order due to LONG wait.

Don't think I would go at all if it wasn't for the mocha Frappuccinos they're addictive McDonald's would have to pay for my treatment

Went through drive-thru ordered three meals was pretty quick food was good
