Jimmy's Pizza

Worst experience ever. I called to place a order for pickup, was told it would be a 30-35 minute wait. I drove 20 miles, and waited well over a hour. After I finally waited more than long enough, I finally demanded a refund. Every time I've got food there, the service has been worse than the previous time. The prices are too high for the quality of food, the wait times are ridiculous, and the employees are extremely incompetent. I've been going there for 18 years, NEVER AGAIN. Get a grip Jimmy's pizza. Your establishment is a joke.

Jimmy's is the best pizza around and the staff is always friendly. Great value for your money too. My family loves Jimmy's!

I just received my pizza, counted the change in front of the guy who delived, literally COUNTED it all in front of him. He leaves, comes back, and says I was a dollar short. He was an older man, who argued that continued that I was a dollar short even though 5 min ago I had counted it all in front of him without a fuss then. Unfortunately, I'm not someone to continue to make a big fuss about it, and I just gave him one more dollar. I won't be ordering from them again just because of how rediculous that was.

Where is my food??? I ordered pizza and pasta at 5:15pm IT IS NOW 8:30!!! And it's still not here. Your staff has been lying to me for hours and keep tell me it will be here in 10 minutes! This is unbelievable. Hire some new employees. I'm so pissed off

Ordered the pizza at 5:05 pm and after waiting for an hour and a half it finally arrived, cold I might add!! at 6:30 pm.(I also called and spoke with a woman there. I expressed my frustration and she hung up on me) $25 for cold cardboard pizza. Wasted money.... Never again...lesson learned....😡
