McDonald's

We put in a large order yesterday at the drive thru and they forgot 2 of the burgers and 2 fries . Suk the female manager handled this matter in the most unprofessional matter possible. She was rude and demanding the evidence that we went through the drive thru. At this point, she just said I wasn’t working yesterday and she would not replace missing items. Suk you need to learn some people skills in order to retain 2 things, your clients and your jobnnRegardsnJJ

I went there to have a peaceful morning number 2 after a long night. As I walk in I hear a loud snoring which shocked me. Come to find out it’s a homeless individual sleeping inside the stalls and that really ruined the number 2 for me.

This location is usually pretty good for service and food. However, this time when I ordered a cold brew coffee I pointed out that it was very weak and diluted with too much water, and nothing was done to resolve the issue.nPretty poor service on their end of this.

Good but the atmosphere in the general area is not too good. There is not much that this McDonald’s could do about it but either way the atmosphere could be improved. Aside from that the food here is always good quality and it also feels hot and fresh every time I eat it. In addition to that the service here is usually good since all the employees are fairly kind and food never takes too long to be made.

Food is up to standard, although the nuggets were not as good as what we had from a different store. Service was s quick, I was really glad I didn't have to wait 20 mins like I did at a different location. But homeless people were hanging around the entrance, did not look good for the store though.
