I love the food so much! Staff are always so nice and friendly to me. Lots of parking available, and close to the local Semiahmoo Shopping Centre. So stop by here for a treat! You will be served with care!

have had quite a few mixups at this location but never cared enough to leave a review as i still chose to visit, but is it really that hard to put chicken in a mcChicken burger? like i get it if there was no chicken patties left but like let me know??

Refused to accept that the burger they gave me didn’t have the flakes showed a photo and they got rude.

Every time we go to this McDonald’s they refuse to listen by cutting off customers while ordering if you go in person. Then they will mess up said order because they weren’t actually listening. We ordered two breakfast sandwiches this morning off the app and they couldn’t manage to get either of them right. One was supposed to be a sausage on a bagel with egg and the other one was a bacon and egg on an English muffin. We got a chicken breakfast sandwich and a sausage on an English muffin. 10/10 go here if you want to have to argue to get the food you want and have it messed up anyways. Jot was the manager I spoke to. Not very helpful or friendly.

I Come to the same mcdonalds multiple times a week on 16th and 152 st. They constantly make mistakes. They spilt hot coffee on me just today. Tried to make me pay when i used the app that had preset payment. Told me my code was only for the points redemption i made then requested a new code. They then made our order wrong..I turned around made a complaint to the manager andnthen in front of the manager made the order wrong again. Even though the manager confirmed my order and directly told the staff what to make..Everything would be on your drive thru video.nThe set up of the drive thru they make you pull forward and quickly run away after they hand your order even though they make a mistake id say 50% of the time. You then have to take a lengthy trip around the block to have them correct it.nnI came last night and told them that I had a cheeseburger coupon from monopoly and they still charged me from the app..and told me that i had already paid and pretty much gave me a 'too bad' even though i had told them i have a coupon from monopoly. I then again had to ask for a manager who did refund it after fumbling around.nnThe order takers are untrained making constant mistakes. They Don't ask questions when they are confused. Quickly give you your order and leave you stranded at the third window, this is one of the most annoying systems since they make so many mistakes. You want to get your food home warm but then have to deal with a 15 minute endeavor to fix one item and the rest of your food is cold by then.nnOut of all the mcdonalds I've gone to in my life I am so unhappy I live by this one.
