McDonald's

I only ever go through the drive-thru at this location mainly cuz I'm lazy lol. The staff are always polite and friendly and always have a smile. The food is never overcooked or like ever get it where the breakfast sandwich is they're like hard like the English muffin is hard that never happens at this location. I've never had my order be wrong at this location. It's probably one of the only locations that I actually really like going to cuz I know my order is going to be cooked properly it's going to be correct and they're always going to be super friendly.

Food was decent and the $5 menu is good. Staff was friendly. Inside was clean. They were mopping when we arrived. When taking Google directions, make sure to note it doesn’t get you to the parking lot. It takes you to the front street that has no entrances. We had to go around the big block again as we missed it.

Their customer service is genuinely cooked . I saw that there’s a big board put up by city about renovations there, as I tried entering today their Supervisor most probably the Phillipino woman and I don’t mean to sound racist at all , told us that the store is closed today , nothing else , just that store is closed . As I was walking by 20 mins later it was clear that the store was very very open and that people were entering from the side door. If you don’t like having customers at the store, don’t work there then. Was so excited to try the new drinks and this experience genuinely ruined it for me

To any on going through drive through. Or eat in. Inside they not clean tables garbage over flows drink area filthey not cleaned. The other day try a take out ordered a chicken wrap meal dbl quarter pounder meal a mcchicken meal a spicy chicken sandwich and chicken wrap happy meal. Told me could not order large fries with wrap meal, so I ordered a extra large fries seperate. Get to window told have to wait 10 minutes for happy meal, I thought they had a time limite to serve order. Get home start serving family, missing a medium fries. Then take out daughters mcchicken sandwich opens looked like they held it up in the air and shook the hell out of it. Then take out dbl quarter pounder and half crushed. Take out wrap look ok then son start eat say no bacon in it. Wife open spicy chicken sandwich takes 1 bite tell me so dry can not eat, she gave to dog dog not eat what that tell you something off with it. I called 8 times the either put me on speaker and not talk or hang up the put phone on ignore. I called the next day they said you have receipt I said no they not put in bags. I gave them the exact time of order for the points collection said exact time. They said call back so I did they said have to have proof of purchase. So went to bank get print out they not want to redeem. Went back to that McDonald's the manager would not talk to me. She saw me and sent some other worker to talk to me. This person say the manager will only replace 2 meals. I fought to protect this country and that's the respect I get. The management would not face me. My cost was 58.21$ not counting my time to call 14 times and go to the bank to get statements then go back to that McDonald's on 252nd street. I feel so disrespected I hope head office reads this.

I ordered a cone and noticed my order number wasn’t on the screen; they had orders but somehow they cleared them so quick.nnNot just me, the girls in front of me too had to ask for their order, that’s when they got it ready — fake quick service.
