McDonald's

This morning we ordered 2 meals and an extra mcmuffin via the drive-thrru. We emphasized that We needed two breakfasts but was only charged for one. The person said yes she understood. I repeated that I didn't think she understood as I saw that there was a charge for one breakfast only. She sent us to window 1. At that window I explained again, ready to pay for what I knew I ordered. We paid the bill and the cashier said we should explain it all at window 2. We were ready to pay for one more order but the cashier wouldn't take the payment. So off we went to window 2. At that window we explained again expecting a correction to our order, but all they did was to indicate the person who took the order and expected us to drive away. I kept telling them that we needed one more breakfast but they didn't seem to know how to do that. In the end they gave us a small coffee to pacify us. They need more training! We were very disappointed. I guess they missed the point that the second person had to do without breakfast.

For the record people, it says 24 hours, but that's just for the drive thru. The dining area is closed at 11pm. Why they don't post signage for it I have no idea. It's been a long time since I've been to this location as I am boycotting this particular one (but the reason will be left out of this review)

Ate in with my son today. It was so unbelievably dirty in the dining area. Looked like it hadn't been wiped down in weeks. Just gross.

It's a typical McDonald's. Food is ok, but the service is relatively fast. The drive thru is open 24 hours but they may delay the service after receiving a large re-supply delivery from their warehouse in Annacis Island. Otherwise, I have good service the times that I have come here, but it was mainly for my daughter wanting to play at the Play Place upstairs.

Love the fries here. Service is always quick and friendly.
