McDonald's

Food was decent and the $5 menu is good. Staff was friendly. Inside was clean. They were mopping when we arrived. When taking Google directions, make sure to note it doesn’t get you to the parking lot. It takes you to the front street that has no entrances. We had to go around the big block again as we missed it.

I only ever go through the drive-thru at this location mainly cuz I'm lazy lol. The staff are always polite and friendly and always have a smile. The food is never overcooked or like ever get it where the breakfast sandwich is they're like hard like the English muffin is hard that never happens at this location. I've never had my order be wrong at this location. It's probably one of the only locations that I actually really like going to cuz I know my order is going to be cooked properly it's going to be correct and they're always going to be super friendly.

Their customer service is genuinely cooked . I saw that there’s a big board put up by city about renovations there, as I tried entering today their Supervisor most probably the Phillipino woman and I don’t mean to sound racist at all , told us that the store is closed today , nothing else , just that store is closed . As I was walking by 20 mins later it was clear that the store was very very open and that people were entering from the side door. If you don’t like having customers at the store, don’t work there then. Was so excited to try the new drinks and this experience genuinely ruined it for me

I ordered a cone and noticed my order number wasn’t on the screen; they had orders but somehow they cleared them so quick.nnNot just me, the girls in front of me too had to ask for their order, that’s when they got it ready — fake quick service.

We live in Newton area of Surrey but our kids play soccer near this location. We’ve come here the past 2 Saturdays in between our kids games. The experience both times has been next level. The customer service is unlike anything we experience in Newton/ Surrey. The restaurant is clean and the staff are SO friendly and accommodating. I’m almost tempted to drive 20 minutes out of my way to come here instead of my local McDonald’s. 5 stars for everything and 10+ stars for customer service!
