McDonald's

I’ve gotten the Smokey maple chicken everyday this week for breakfast, and everyday they put mayo on it even after asking them not to and being told multiple times that it doesn’t come with it. PLEASE learn your recipes or at least communicate so this stops happing, it’s extremely frustrating.

My order was taken but forgotten at the window to pay , as this was drive through. The cashier looked absolutely lost ,sweating. She ask me to repeat my order 3x and each time she would reply by something different. I was not upset or angry just surprised ,I excused my self and drove away. Something was wrong inside I hope that cashier got helped

What can I say? This is a McDonald's. We were there for a couple hours doing some work using their internet since we were passing through. There were fellows there that were loud and aggressive. Staff said they were regulars. Otherwise the environment was fine. The drinks were okay.

Slow ass drive thru but the Jalapeno quarter pounder w/ cheese was worth the wait. Perhaps I was just hungry and that explains my lack of patience. Hmmm..nnGot a free meal w/ the points on the McDonald's app for next time. So that's definitely something I'll be using real soon.

Just went through the drive thru at 11:50am on Aug 15. They were very busy but it does not excuse the cold food, half a cold fry box, and the crummy customer service at the second window. You need to say hi and look your patrons, she didnt even look at me or listen to me. I will be calling to arrange a free meal for my order.
