McDonald's

I usually have a great experience at this McDonalds but not today. Had a new cashier training and it seemed the trainer/manager were getting frustrated with her. At one point the manager basically told her to get out of the way while he finished my transaction( not sure how she will learn like this). I ordered my fries with light salt and they placed my fries on a wet tray. When I brought it to that same managers attention, he appeared to be bothered by it, did NOT say "sorry about that" ,and proceeded to give me a new order of fries(loaded with salt)! Because of his attitude, I didn't dare ask him for another order of fries(with light salt). Very unfortunate that I spent $8 for a lunch I didn't enjoy and I will definitely think twice about eating here again. I eat here about 3 times a week and it's too bad it was the manager that gave me a bad experience and has me feeling this way!

Ordered fresh and got fresh! Also didn't get charged for sauce!

McChicken buns seemed smashed flat and sandwich looked thrown together, but tasted fine. Past visits were fine, but I prefer the other Frankfort location a bit more.

Disgusting. It used to be very good when they first opened. I went for breakfast and had something black floating in my juice and a hair on my biscuit.
