Fat Rosie’s is a fun, hip & festive family-friendly Mexican Taqueria featuring a modern take on traditional Mexican fare with small plates, shareable “street foods” & endless tequila. Who is behind Fat Rosie’s? None other than Chicago’s very own, Chef Scott Harris (Founding Partner of Francesca’s Restaurants). Over the last 25 years, Chef Harris has established himself as one of Chicago’s most respected restaurateurs and his restaurant empire continues to grow, winning fans and accolades across the country. Harris has earned a stellar reputation as a chef, business leader & generous contributor to the community.
