Papa John's Pizza

Been ordering from this place for a while and had really no problem until today. Don't know you messed up but I ordered a Philly pan half onion and green pepper on one side and added grilled chicken to side that has no vegetables. Well, most of the pizza I received was correct but had green pepper all over it. I clearly ordered half green pepper. I ordered through the PJ app, says there I ordered half green pepper, email I received told me I ordered half green pepper, but receipt I got says nothing about half green pepper. Someone messed up. Think I'll claim my rewards and be done with PJ.

I placed an order online and was suppose to receive my order between 30-40 minutes. 1 hour went by and no delivery. Called the store and I was told the driver is 10-15 minutes away and he/she will give me a call in a few minutes to give me an arrival time. Waited 22 minutes and no call. I called the store again 3 times, and no one answered. I ended up placing an order with dominoes which I've never had an issue with. 5 minutes after placing my order with them, someone knocks on my door. I told them I didn't want it. The delivery guy tells me he had 3 other deliveries before me and that is why he was late. He was upset that I didn't take the pizza. Will never order from there again. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!

Ordered a cheese pizza for delivery. They said that it would take 35 minutes to be delivered, over an hour later still no pizza. Called to see what was going on and was oh hold for over 5 minutes and then it disconnected. Called again was still waited for ever never talked to anyone still no pizza? Terrible, absolutely terrible!! Never again.

Orders a pizza for delivery gave Nick my debt cars info.. told me 30 mins an hour goes past and I call.. he tells me the driver came.. they said they called but I don't have one single missed called..told me he can't send the driver back out here.. so now I have to pick it up wich I'm unable to do.. so i told them to cancel it.. it's gonna take 3 days for the money to go back in my account.. Nick the "owner" did not do a good job as far as customer service.. as I'm typing this he calls back.. and I'm like what's up he says you don't have missed calls from this number I'm like no.. you called and I just picked up right so why wouldn't I pick the other times.. papa John's y'all on b.s. first and last time ordering anything from you guys.. thanks for nothing

Love the soft chewy crust on PJs pizza. I always use the app to order because the coupons are always loaded and you get free pizzas after so many orders through the rewards program. It's my families go to pizza place for NON "Chicago style" pizza.
