nWe can’t thank General Manager Brennan and his McDonald’s team in Fort Saskatchewan enough for their outstanding service! They went above and beyond to accommodate our team order for 33 people. The process was incredibly well-organized and efficient, ensuring everything was ready on time and exactly as ordered. Brennan’s attention to detail and commitment to excellent customer service truly made our experience seamless. Highly recommend this location for exceptional service, teamwork and group orders.

Besides how bad the food is for you vs the price these days. Anytime I come in driving my truck, which I understand is a diesel, I try to order through the drive through and despite me yelling at them, they cut me off and tell me to shut off my truck. Now I don't have this issue anywhere else I go besides this location and it's almost always the same two workers in the mornings here.nI have no problem shutting my truck off, but it requires a minute to cool off before I turn it off. So everytime it becomes a minute of them yelling at me to shut off my truck while I wait.nSo this morning, we endure, I shut off my truck and then try to order in which the guy now tells me I should come inside instead. I'm like are you kidding me?nSo I get the order in, I'm nothing but polite from here on, pay whatever and drive away.nGet out of town and look in the bag to find the order was wrong.nAfter all that. McDonald's has become overpriced for garbage food and then i get sassed by minimum wage adults who can't even do their job right. Lived here my entire life and it's never been as bad as it is now. Make healthier choices people.

Five Stars Well Deserved…. Food was as usual BUT it was The first time I’ve gone into this McDonald’s and got my order right …nToday a “new girl” in training at the till was friendly and efficient and tried her best … got my weird order absolutely correct! WOW!nThen while I waited , I watched a young man run the line like Gordon Ramsey. He was about 17 and was bagging food… but also directing the line to drop more hash browns as they had only a couple left and asking who was getting more muffin eggs started, like an orchestra conductor… keeping food coming out quickly and correctly! I was amazed and stunned ! This young man needs to be acknowledged! and in a few years will be running a pass in a five star establishment, with ease if he chooses to! Good job today and thank you! This team needs to head to the “Fairmont Hotel McDonald” downtown soon!nGood Job !

Pretty large setup with clean toilets and children’s play area.nnFood was okay, fresh and hot. Hot chocolate was bland and with no chocolate flavour.nnService was fine, staff was active and helpful.

I only will eat at the Macdonald’s at manning. They are very clean . Anytime I go in there they are wiping down tables and chairs. Always clean bathrooms . Their condiment area is always spotless and supplies are always full . The best Macdonald’s in the city.
