Not super impressed. I ordered the new big arch, and when I opened the box it looked like a grenade went off. I had to take everything out and put it back together. They also forgot the crispy onions. And person with me got a quarter pounder. The bottom bun was a middle Big Mac bun. Front end was fine, but whoever put my burger together shouldn’t be working there.

Pretty large setup with clean toilets and children’s play area.nnFood was okay, fresh and hot. Hot chocolate was bland and with no chocolate flavour.nnService was fine, staff was active and helpful.

Literally gave me uncooked fries this specific location without doubt always messes something up somehow in someway and I’m not sure how. there was a bit of a line up despite being so late so I understand them being in a rush, but nobody could’ve mistaken those fries for cooked at all. And when they’re not handing you uncooked food, they're forgetting an entire item or two or making you wait 15 minutes in the reserved parking even though theres 2 cars behind you. Save yourself and just go to one of the fast food places around it

The lady at the payment window today Sept 5 2024 was extremely rude. Asked if we had a second order we said yes and she's said well maybe let me know next time as if it is our job to let them know immediately in seconds and then when we were pulling ahead she swore under her breath at us

Would appreciate the employees keeping their judgements about how much cream and/or sugar is put in coffee. Your job is to serve what is asked, not to share your opinion on what we are ordering. Don't hear them say anything about what type of food is ordered but everytime one asks for extra cream and or sugar in a usually bitter iced coffee, it's offhand comments. Management, get your employees in control.
