Taco Bell

Food is really good, it's generally pretty quick and the staff is very polite. However, there seems to be a disconnect between the cashier and the line cook. For years my spouse constantly asks for no tomatoes. We always end up getting tomatoes on everything. Once the cashier tried telling the people making the tacos not to put tomatoes on and they were like sure, easy. Then we proceeded to watch them put tomatoes on it. It's like they are just stuck in auto pilot. Any variation to the menu option is just met with confusion. And so it loses two stars because this has been an annoying issue for years.

It's a taco bell! The food was tasty enough. But it's the staff however are what needs some work. Here's an explanation Our cashier didn't know what a fresco steak soft taco was. Even though it was on the menu. Our cashier needed assistance in understanding what "light on the sour cream" meant. After I got the full amount of sour cream, I complained and the assistant manager compiled a new one herself. My order was missing the dessert option so I went up to the counter and let the cashier know what was missing. Again, she went to speak to the assistant manager. In the time it took her to communicate the problem. The food line assembler brought me a fresh dessert option. All in all. The food that was served was made well. But the employees need some serious help with their communication skills.

Drive thru is a little slow. I like the selection compared to taco time. Good deals and food has always been correct and no issues with quality.

Drive through is painfully slow. Can make the food yourself in less time than it takes to order. Food I recieved was barely put together and had hair in it. Gross. Will not be back.

It used to be soo good now it's one of the worst places to go. They got rid of all the Canadians and hired a bunch of foreners and no one knows whats going on. They hardly put any sauce on anything o got the steak doubledilla big box meal and hardly any steak or sauce completely unsatisfied.
