We arrived at the restaurant and thought at least we would eat, but it was not there, firstly, it felt like she was deaf, asked several times what was needed, nothing was displayed on the screen, what amount was not known, when the order was taken it turned out that she counted 1 burger although they ordered 2, the potatoes as in the photo are all in salt, it feels like they dropped the potatoes in the salt, it was not possible to eat it, I do not recommend purchasing an order in the evening via drive
Always really fast, friendly service when I hit up the drive through. And I'm just like any other typical customer that can't get over how good the A&W Root Beer is, Especially when cold, food always comes hot and fresh.nnThanks A&W Fort Sask, my family and I appreciate your food and the customer service you all provide to us when comes time to eat, we choose you about twice month or so.
1st time visited the A&W at Fort Saskatchewan. Craving for fries and burger. Ordered some smoothie and frozen root beer. Service is good and food was delicious. Totally forgot to take photos Oh my!
Used to be a great location. Has gone to total trash as of recently. Can't even manage to give you your drink or get ketchup in the bag as requested. Typical pathetic half brained fast food workers that shouldn't have a job. If you can't do your job right, you shouldn't have a job. Period end of story.
Order taker was great! Got to the window, very rude girl...and, the burger was wrong...not sure what it was, but sure wasnt a teen burger! Ingredients looked and tasted old and what is the red sauce? Yuck!nWon't be back.
