Boston Pizza

This afternoon I was there and ordered fish tacos. The portion of the fish in the Tacos was a joke! Please refer to the photos. The fish was actually a garnish in a taco filled with cabbage : It’s a 20$ meal so they can definitely do better!

We always like to have lunch here at the BP's when we're in the Fort. Food and service is always great.nnPhotos from Monday March 30, 2026

Our server Ewan. Wow, just wow! I have never had a server like him before in the last 5 years of eating out!! He was seriously on point with everything from refills to asking how everything was. There was no having to get his attention on anything he would just walk by and grab the empty glasses and already have the other beverage ready on his way back! He was simply amazing and a joy to talk too. He made the atmosphere feel like we have known him for years. He was very friendly and great. You won't be disappointed with the great serve here from him :!

My husband, son and I stopped in for lunch today. Our server Patricia Patty was amazing. It was truly the best service we have had at any restaurant. We didn’t need to ask for anything, she anticipated our needs. She was very nice and friendly. She made our lunch out a perfect experience. Thank you Patty!!

I had a really disappointing experience at Boston Pizza. From the moment we walked in, things felt off. When we asked for a table for seven, the host greeted us with a snare and told us it would be very unlikely they could accommodate us, saying they’d “ask if they could do it.” It immediately felt unwelcoming.nnService only got worse from there. While ordering, we clearly explained that some people in our group have celiac disease, but it felt like no one was actually listening. When the food came out, multiple orders were wrong or missing items. The gluten-free pasta was undercooked, ranch was forgotten, and one person received a completely different dish than what they ordered.nnI also ordered a drink at the beginning and had to follow up after 20 minutes because it never arrived. It eventually came, but that shouldn’t have been necessary.nnTo top it off, the waitress was snarky throughout the experience and even forgot what we had ordered when it came time to bill us.nnOverall, poor service, lack of attention to dietary restrictions, and multiple mistakes made this a frustrating experience. Definitely not what we expected.
