The mobile app didn't allow a certain payment option and fortunately the employee thought to ask the manager. Quick to respond, the manager "Trent" arrived and I was able to get my friend Harold a lot more for the price when he needed it most. Thanks McDonalds for helping my friend who has disabilities. You made the evening special and your genuine care for others is admired greatly. Thank you.

Thought I would try mcds coffee during your promo switching from my Starbucks. Used the drive through around 6 am. Have asked for the same thing each day. Extra large coffee one cream. So far out of 5 visits I’ve had one with 4 cream and today cream and sugar. No time to turn around and change it so tossed it out. Back to Starbucks tomorrow ☕️

Lol, this place is a pig pen...filthy restrooms, overflowing garbage cans, food strewn all over the floor of the children's play area, due to lazy mothers with weak parents skills as well as the restaurant being understaffed. All of that might be overlooked if they could manage to get the orders right. With the new ordering system they have that isn't happening either. I was called up 3 times for orders that weren't mine. It was so disorganised and chaotic that it was comical. At least it was to me...some of the senior citizen regulars were so upset I was expecting a stroke or two :) My advice...go to Wendy's.

McGriddles were one of my McDonald's guilty pleasures. Ordered one this morning at roughly 5am before a long drive to work. No line up, which was nice considering its usually a LONG wait at drive through. Bit into the sandwich and not only was it not at room temperature but it was actually cold. Pretty sure I'm forever turned off the sandwich now which really disappoints me, made me feel nauseous the rest of the day. Thanks.
