Good pizza for a Panago. Great customer service from their new phone system. 

However, the delivery guy delivered the wrong size sauce, wrong flavor I could tolerate, but how do you not pick up the right size. Additionally, the pizza was barely cut, only the toppings and cheese had been scored, and I had to cut the entire thing myself, which is not what I expect when I order delivery pizza. 

The person on the phone, however, was very helpful, and had a person from the store send a proper jar of sauce... which came after an entire hour of waiting, so I had to eat a cold pizza, with a small dixie cup of sauce. I did, however, end up getting a little compensation for the missing sauce, which is the only thing keeping this review from dropping to 1 star. 

I can't give the store a great review after this, but the call center employees are very nice and polite.

Disappointing to pay $26 for a delivery pizza for it to show up and it was burned on the bottom and showed signs of being burned on the top.
