McDonald's

We set up a birthday party here for my daughter. We were told we'd have a coordinator for an hour and a half to help run the party. However, we had to chase her to do everything like take orders, get the cake, get the loot bags. It took 40 minutes to make 7 Happy Meals from order time, and an extraordinary amount of time to cut half a cake for 7 kids. We had to tell a couple of kids not in our party to not be choking or kicking our child guests on the play place gym. A random adult got upset about our supervisory chops, and she didn't even have a kid there involved in anything! She called the manager because she lost her bs excuses to logical reasoning. This one woman was looking for trouble at a children's birthday party! We were packing up to leave after this point, thankfully it was the end. But not before we received a call on the phone from the restaurant to pay in 20 minutes or the police would be called! We were never billed, nor told what method of payment would be acceptable or who to pay. The lineups were so long to talk to any staff, and nobody came to take our money! What restaurant pulls these feats? I would have welcomed the police presence to have the restaurant explain to them why they thought it was at all necessary to have them there, because it would certainly have been convenient for me to be able to report that I was accused of theft without any reasonable suspicion or proof. But my daughter had overheard talk about police on the phone and it just upset her. Just what is this restaurant thinking? I'm looking forward to the manager's explanation and for satisfaction. March 19th update (over 2 weeks later) Manager has never called back when requested through their feedback system. This McDonald's just doesn't deliver service.

Good location. But watch out. There's this one lady that walks around the restaurant to try and sell stuff. She might say she recognizes you or something, then try and sell you some merchandise or whatever. This is a regular occurrence at this restaurant. Don't get scammed

Edit: - Saturday 9:50am. Drive thru is not busy. Made me wait for my bagel in the parking lot. 10 minutes have passed, no bagel. Couldn't be late for work. Had to leave with no breakfast. Never coming back. I work in the area and I always dread coming here for lunch as it stays consistent for them to take 20-30 mins to finish a simple order, even during down times. Terrible kitchen management and lack of common sense when it comes to order priority. No one should have to wait that long for a single meal, let alone coffee.

Not too busy. Good available seating. Fast service. Lost one star because two of the order kiosks weren't working.

The manager on right now who said she was done. Friendly. But fake as fake can be. Not busy but still waited inside for 10 mins. She was no help. This place is bad. And my order was wrong. So tired of this. Not coming here anymore. So unorganized and not friendly
