#TimHortons forgot my wallet Apple Pay did not work. bagel/coffee for my daughter. The nice lady at the drive thru gave me a free pass #payitforward. Happened today at around 7:30pm. Wish I got her name. Thanks again.

The past two times I ordered breakfast here to eat on my drive to work they have got the order wrong and I have thrown it out. Both times I ordered Sausage & Cheese English Muffin - NO EGG. I go into the store to order and see on the screen it notes NO EGG. Then when the order is complete I grab the bag and jump into my car to begin my drive to Mississauga. The first time I had Sausage, Cheese and Egg, and today on my drive in I had Egg and Cheese, no sausage! Luckily I looked at it before biting this morning, as I am allergic to eggs, and while not a serious allergy (I can eat things with egg in it), eating egg can cause allergic reactions. Given this is two times in a row, I now have zero trust in the staff here.

Drive through staff are frantic and getting coffee orders wrong. If you come here, park and grab your coffee. My dark roast order was a double double and filled with soap.
