McDonald's

Today, I received a bitten burger in my order. I returned it to the restaurant, but I was told there that it was not the fault of the staff, and that such a thing couldn't have happened. This is disgusting. I mostly order food for children, and the inappropriate behavior of the staff at this restaurant makes visiting McDonald's unpleasant and unsafe. Prior to this incident, we consistently had problems with mistakes in our orders, but today's situation is beyond my understanding. I believe a serious check of the management at this place is necessary; in Saint-Sauveur, this is the only McDonald's, and visiting it has become extremely disappointing.

They work fast despite 10+ orders and can speak English fluently. Orders are called in French so be sure to be near the counter unless you can count to 10 in French so you don't miss yours!

Wow... not only do you wait long, they also remove your order from the screen to false their results they do this all the time, check picture you can see 3 of the 10 people waiting but no numbers on the scree this time to add...the tables are all dirty. They were nice enough to offer me a dirty wet rag to wash the table... when they should have just sent an employee to do their job.

The restaurant has a very modern swanky look. We nearly missed it. It’s clean. There’s a combination lock on the washroom and it’s clean. The staff are friendly. We only ordered ice cream and coffee. I found ice cream in other locations are a bit icy recently. The ice cream in this location is perfect. The ice coffee is not super sweet. We like it.

Was ordering drive thru. Very rude customer service. We were asking for a simple question about which sauce is available and he was not willing to let us know what was available. There was no lineup behind us so he could have told us simply which one is available. We picked something else quickly since we were rushed out. Food was ok at best for a MacDonald.
