McDonald's

I will never return to this place again.nI made 2 orders and paid for 2 orders via the drive thru.nThe very rude and aggressive young girl accused me of not paying for one of the meals. And pretty much called me a liar. Until today Ive never been spoken too in that way by a server. I showed her my bank account showing the 2 transactions. She continued to be rude and argue with me. Then gave me the 2 orders and continued to be very rude. All over a $13 meal.nnWhen I opened the 2 bags of food there were the 2 receipts indicating I had paid for both meals.nnWorst service ever.nI will never order anything from this place again.

Went in to use the washroom and grab food at 11:30pm on a Wednesday evening. Dinning room was empty as was drive through when I pulled in. Bathroom with 2 stalls was absolutely disgusting. I left and then walked towards the service counter...but the dinning area was also disgusting and their garbage pails were full and overflowing that my stomach turned. I was so disgusted with the filth of the place that I decided against ordering there and instead drove to Waterdown's location. If staff can't keep the restaurant clean that customer's see and use I can only imagine the state of their food prep area. What a disgusting mess!!!

This is an excellent McDonald's location that I visit frequently. The staff are friendly and polite, the restaurant is fairly clean, and the parking lot is easy to enter and exit. The drive-thru line does get long at peak times of day, but it tends to move along quickly.

We picked up our meals from this location and found that they got the entire order correct. Customized order. This is truly fast food as per its definition.

We wanted McDonald’s on the way home, so we stopped at this location and placed our order. Unfortunately, the staff struggled to take the order correctly, and when we got to the window, they had entered the wrong items.nnWhen we politely tried to correct the order, the manager, Rashinnder, came to the window and immediately started arguing with us. She then slammed the drive-thru window shut, reopened it, and continued shouting, claiming we were rude and swearing at her — which is completely untrue.nnAs someone who works in customer service myself, I found this behaviour extremely unprofessional and unacceptable. After also seeing this location only has around a 3.8-star rating, it’s clear we are not the only people who have had poor experiences here.nnWe will not be returning to this restaurant again. Stay away.
