The best customer service we have ever received in any restaurant. Was blown away. Was a small mistake with my food. Was refunded happily and given some free ice cream. Extremely kind manager. Wasn't made to feel like an inconvenience. Wish I got his name to put on this. He was a very kind man.

Decent location, a bit smaller and they occasionally will run out of certain things like toys or a food item, but service is normally pretty good, seating it fairly comfortable considering it hasnt had the upgrades the north front location has had. Drive through here ismt bad. Alright views. Overall not a bad place, and I'd say its worth going into to get food if you're already on that end of town.

I'm here right now. It's 2h55pm, no car in the DT, 2 people inside.nnThere is a ton of ants on the floor near the soda machines. No paper in all the printers of the self serve, garbage absolutely everywhere, floor is sticky, the screens for the orders dont work.nnOn top of this, there is approx 10 employees, yet ive been waiting for over 15m. And it's like that every single time. They're clearly not cleaning and they don't make the food either, so wtf are they doing?nnIdk who the team leaders and the manager are, but they are absolutely useless....

Auto machines were acting up causing one lady waiting 10min for an iced coffee. Less automation and focus on drive thru. I Cannot drive due to seizures so the wait time is absurd.

One word ...Pathetic nnThe photo is 1000 words.nnIs this a joke McDonalds. Who trains the staff this type of service?nnI ordered a coffee, it takes you 15 minutes to get one car from the speaker to window. That's over 3 minutes a car at the window.nnYour staff hand me a coffee with a lid not on, and clearly watch the cup on coffee drop into the cup holder and spill everywhere. Did she think to apologize? Did she consider to offer napkins. Nothing.. I have to wave her down to ask for napkins which are ignorantly passed to me and then she speeds off. Do you clearly see the electronics that your coffee is smothering. It cost money to fix.nnDid you know it took me A LOT LONGER to clean up that mess then it would of taken your employee to put the lid on correctly. You wonder why people are on edge constantly. You expect to be treated with respect to do a job with expectations you cannot meet, you expect the paying customer to take consideration for your mistakes when your staff neglect to take responsibility for their actions.nnDo better.
