Ordered food at 5:35 it didn't show up until 6:41 told them didn't want it anymore. Who wants to eat a cold poutine. Salad wouldn't have been a problem maybe neither the burgers. But you would expect it's hot. And I only live 10 minutes if that by car. I would say 30-40 acceptable just like pizza delivery. they Need more drivers

Ordered a time call for 5pm, it didnt show. Called the store & talked to the guy & he said that he would give the driver my number since he couldnt find my address, the guy from the store called me back thinking that i was the driver & gave me my own phone number. The driver never called either, i called the store @ 5:45 & the girl that answered said they were swamped & hung up on me. The driver finally showed up @ 6:10 & i was not taking food that was over an hour old. This is the 3rd time they have done no shows...like they say 3 times your out. I guess they can pick & choose who gets their order. No professional attitude at all.

Consistent product. Slice and a pop at lunch can't be beat for value. Kid friendly pizza. Thinner on the crust vs something like Dominos Burgers are frozen patty. Way more burger vs the fast food chains. Staff has character. They are nice folks. Can be very entertaining.

Called for 2 for 1 burgers - being that cheap I guess you'd have to expect that you're getting a bad burger. Thin and burnt. Also got a spaghetti and WOWWW the salt I'm not even a picky eater but my god the salt in the sauce was insane I've never had a sauce that was that salty. Long story short I couldn't even make it into the spaghetti more than a couple fork fulls. Which is too bad because of all the praise this place was presented with. Wouldn't try again

ordered 2 larges and a small, got a free pizza a small just cheese with it, paid 50$, got a paper thin crust and paper thin toppings bunch of Pizzas that tasted like cardboard and tasted like they were reheated from yesterday, only good pizza we got was the free one, called in and reported the TERRIBLE pizzas and they sent a driver and even she agreed it was bad, the person I got during the call said "oh our pizzas just have a rising problem" total bs there, no refund was giving, don't go to these Culinary Terrorists, you wouldn't want to feed this to your kids
