Best pizza ever!!!!!! The dough is perfectly stretchy, the toppings are generous, everything is fresh and full of flavor, and it’s super cheesy. Hits the spot every single time. I wish they would open chain stores in Toronto—but maybe this level of excellence just can’t be replicated. Easily 10 times better than any pizza chain or even most gourmet pizza restaurants. Very friendly staffs and cozy environment. Has gluten free options.

We had Vegie & Greek pizzas, and Alfredo pasta, all were tasty. The pizza had a nice crust and good toppings, and the pasta was creamy without being too heavy. Service was friendly and quick. A solid place for a casual meal. Would come back to try more!

Genuinely the best food I’ve ever had in the city of Belleville, Wait was absolutely worth it, Food was absolutely beautiful in both taste and looks.nnDefinitely worth it if your in the city or hungry coming off the highway!nnOur server Amy was very nice and a joy to chat with who provided a wonderful experience providing a welcoming environment.

The last two times I ordered the food has been awful,I ordered the potato skins they were dried out like they were reheated in a microwave.Tonight I ordered the ribs,disgusting dried out tasted freezer burnt and again tasted like they were heated up in the microwave ,this time I called back only to be told I am the only customer that complained .I offered to drive back to the store to show the results ,they refused .this restaurant has gone to Chit and they only call customers liers opposed to refund or fresh food.This is a shame BSP used to be so delicious, have they changed hands , is there new owners ? By the reviews there seems to be alot of talk of Microwaved tasting food , oh and the feedback from the manager on some of these reviews settles my case. No apology , no resolution only defensive responses , very sad that one of our local landmark restaurants is swirling down the drain

We were looking for pizza in Belleville and searched best pizza in Belleville and Bourbon came up top search. Based on reviews we decided to go with it. We were not disappointed!!! The food was DELICIOUS, I think one of the best pizzas we have had. We ordered the Greek Pizza, generous topping, light crust. The menu has a lot of great options, prices were good and the service was EXCEPTIONAL. Our server was Amy, who was so friendly, patient with all our questions and just a warm welcoming person. If you are looking for a great dining experience this place is the place to go.
