McDonald's

Like all McDonald’s locations, the staff here lie to the head corporation about prep time and always mark the meal as delivered directly after it is ordered—even though me and the guest ahead of me did not receive our meals for 5 minutes after the items were cleared from the queue. Just remove these stupid screens. No location uses them properly. They all just mark the order fulfilled as soon as it is taken anyway. Pointless.

Stopped at the McDonald’s in Osoyoos and had a great experience. The restaurant was clean, the food was fresh and prepared quickly, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. Even during a busy time, the service was efficient and the order was accurate. It’s always nice to find a location that consistently delivers great food and excellent customer service. Highly recommend this McDonald’s when you’re in Osoyoos!

I was disappointed with my experience today. I simply asked for my iced coffee with no ice or less ice, but the manager refused and said it’s against the new rules. As a paying customer, small customizations like this should not be a problem, especially when it doesn’t affect the product itself. Customer service felt very rigid and unhelpful. Hopefully management can be more flexible and customer-friendly in the future.

Food was good. Service wasn’t that great. We choose table service but ended up grabbing food from counter and when we ask for mayo they said we will charge you extra. It should come with our order. None of the other mcdonald’s ever charge us extra for mayo.

We stopped by here for a break on the way back to Vancouver from Rossland.nnIt did not take us very long to wait for our food. Surprisingly, the fries were very hot and crispy and we enjoyed it a lot. Hot peppermint chocolate was delicious as well.nnThe place looked clean, which was nice as it is often not the case for McDonald’s in Vancouver. The only thing was had some strange/ unfriendly stares from an older couple sitting nearby, which was rare in BC.
