This is by far the worst McDonalds I have ever been to. The drive thru always takes over 10 minutes the food is cold and disgusting and the service is less than impressive. Lived here for about 3 years and avoided this Mcdonalds at all costs.

I have found the employees are trying so hard to hurry you through your order that a lot of mistakes are made, maybe the focus should be on the customer.

Worst McDonald's I've ever been to. Always over charging or just plain getting your order wrong. Service is usually slow and just not worth waiting for. Go anywhere else, 7 eleven is a better option then this McDonald's.

Explained my meal 3 times and they still messed it up and it is so much fun getting have warm fries if you thinking "oh lets stop at mcdonalds in Osoyoos" DON'T!!! Go to the next one
