Service is ok fast ,not so crowded when I show up, grab the deal 4$ Big Mac, can't beat that, it is always MacDonald, I love it,, atmosphere is not so bad, kind a cozy feeling may be it is raining out there
Recently the store has got new staff or something and it has gone downhill its almost like its turning into Tim Hortons and Im seeing people waiting 5+ mins for a single coffee. It used to be such a pleasant place with a welcoming staff to greet you. Now I'd prefer to walk through the drive thru to be honest. I dont know what has happened as of lately but I wish the regular staff would return to the front end and things would just go back to normal around here.
I’d been trying to call, but I can’t get through it says memory is full, so I have to post here in your review section.I ordered cheese burger happy meal, extra cheeseburger and Mac chicken total to 17.89 cents. But when I open the Happy meal bag the cheese burger is missing. This happened around 6 pm. This is not the first time , last time was we ordered a meal and we ask to upsize the French fries to large , we received medium.
Best Mcdonald’s location I have ever been to. Not only is the food always fresh and hot when I receive it, but everything comes out fast, and the people here make such a difference. Every time I come to this McDonald’s, the staff are always SO kind, friendly, and helpful!! Every visit, they go above and beyond and make the experience so nice. Easily my favorite McDonald’s because of the team that works here!
Angela, the manager at this location is what ruined the experience for many guests. Not the staff working for her. MARLEY on cash was great! Friendly and attentive. Jaspreet the one running food never stopped moving. All I could hear while eating breakfast with my kids was this manager continuously yelling at her staff. Constantly belittling them. Asking them questions to make them look stupid infront of customers. Making them re tell her how she tought them how to do their jobs. Her yelling JASPREET do this do that. Yelling at Marley to not leave the cash while he was trying to assist customers with complaints with a smile on hai face. I understand that being a manager is hard, as I have worked in the service industry my whole life but I do not know who would want to work under this kind of treatment. I approached the nice guy running food to parked cars and he said that no one ever has a fun shift when working for her. Angela treat your staff better and they will perform better!
