I ordered triple triple coffee from this location when my coffee was about about to finish I started feeling something in my mouth then I spilled my coffee just to see what it is found out some granules of something definitely not coffee it felt like rubber I have also attached pictures but there was some bigger ones that I spilled in sink and also consumed some , Like this could be fatal for someone as well . I don’t know what I am consuming with coffee , disgusting… experience with mcdonald’s.nnDrive through is slowest sadly
Thursday Oct 24 2024nI believe the service at the drive-through could be significantly improved. The employee managing it seems to enjoy engaging in lengthy conversations, which significantly slows down the service. It took me 14 minutes to receive a simple coffee and muffin order. When I finally reached the window, instead of promptly completing my order, she struck up another conversation with another staff member and a customer. I find this level of service unacceptable for a drive-through, which is meant to offer quick service. I'm afraid if this continues, I won't be coming back. People use drive-throughs for efficiency and speed, and unfortunately, that was not my experience.
They apparently don't know how to make a mcdouble. The slice of cheese wasn't between the patties, no mustard, and there was no onion on the burger as there should be. My wrap had wilted veggies one it. Fries were cold snd stale. I feel ripped off...way to kill a pregnant lady's cravings.
Experience at drive through is very bad, Waiting almost more than 25 minutes. Either they are too slow or definitely need more staff. If you guys are too busy then stop accepting online orders. Don’t waste other people time.
Horrific drive-through, I try to go to another McDonald's but tonight I didn't want to drive farther, boy was that a mistake, unbelievable wait and most who were waiting left as soon as the other Cars gave us space. Also whoever orders a five course meal should be banned from drive-throughs
