The place was nice and clean, the food was hot and fresh, but it took like 10 minutes for the food to come out. If I could, I would change the name from fast food, to slow food. There was a lack of employees every time I come here, and sometimes they get it order wrong. They stopped giving out happy meal boxes, and replaced them with plastic bags. Overall, I would come here like once or twice a month. Would recommend for kids under 9.
I’ve ordered online from this McDonald’s location three separate times, and each visit has been increasingly frustrating. Each time, it has taken over 30 minutes to get my order, despite arriving promptly and notifying them of my arrival. Every time I had to ask about the order, they assured me it would only be a couple of minutes and that they would bring it out to my car.nnYesterday was the final straw. Once again, we experienced the same delays. Orders ahead of us were fulfilled, but then we noticed that orders placed after ours were being completed before ours. When we inquired, they mentioned they had no fish filets and it would take another 20 minutes to get our order.nnWe ended up canceling our order and leaving, extremely frustrated. This is one of the worst managed McDonald’s locations I’ve ever visited. The staff’s inability to manage orders efficiently and their lack of communication is unacceptable. I hope the management takes note and improves their service quality.
Very clean quick service but sometimes due to lack of crew you may expect long delays, food quality is the same as every other Macdonalds, kiosk and the play area the most important, cleaner is doing the great job, and great atmosphere and kind of cozy place to hang
When you order a large fries but they still give you medium portions in a large box lmao
Table was greasy. Two staff were talking and didn't care while customers were cleaning their tables before sitting to eat. I saw the staffs with grin on their faces. If this is norm then you just lost a customer. Imagine you lossing everyone one customer. After seeing this review I hope you will take care of cleanliness.
