Picture: egg McMuffin on receipt, McGriddle is what I gotnnOkay that’s it. I’ve had it. this place is filled with people, but not functional ones. Look, I’m not being mean. I’m speaking the truth. A few years ago this place was fine, but within the last year or so, the service has gotten WAY worse. Like; it’s actually COMMON they get your orders completely wrong. I think it went under new management and the new owners hire just whoever. Like, It’s not that hard. An egg McMuffin is not the same as a fried something McGriddle. Even the wrapping is different. This happens all the time. Like not little mistakes either, like they put on too much ketchup. Like big mistakes like putting a whole different sandwich in the bag. It’s so annoying. This one time I got annoyed and went in to complain and I never do this. And one of the workers straight up laughed at me to his coworker. I’ve had enough. Like idk what else to say. It’s honestly kind of funny how absurd it is on a daily basis. I get breakfast here for convenience every day. I get an egg McMuffin and a coffee. Like, come on, I get the rush can be hard in the morning, but they make mistakes that, I don’t even know how it’s possible to make. I swear, next time I will go in, ask for no pickles, and they will hand me a jar of pickles in between a bun.
Update: 2023-12-15 Tried the Kerwin Frost Box. I chose chicken nuggets. What can I say, it's a happy meal for adults. I'm not sure I felt very happy afterwards. The collectible toy was cute.nnI tried the waffle fries. They were nothing to write home about. I got it through drive through and ate it in the parking lot. Unfortunately they were served cold I guess it was an old batch, so the experience was not very pleasant. No desire to try them again, and I would not recommend.
Worst customer service ever. Came to get ice cream with my kid, I asked for a smarties mc flury with extra smarties and there isn't even a normal amount in it. The kid in the window just turns around and says YO I didn't make it. What happened to good customer service or even manners ?! And why don't you guys mix the Mc Flurys . Charging extra for a topping on plain bagged ice cream is outrageous.
I have never dealt with such incompetence in my entire life than I have at this store. I just ordered two double quarter pounder combos with large fries and only mustard ketchup and cheese on the burgers and what I got is so far from my order. I don't know how they were able to mess it up this badly. Do not go there and waste your time and money and that franchise needs to be closed or under better management. I know it's a McDonald's but come on you really can't be this inept at burgers and fries. Stop smoking weed on the job and do your job!
I used to be a manager here back in the early 2000's. Management was great today, service was good, Most McD's I've visited in the past few years I won't go back to... Clarkson McD's seems to keep up the good vibe. Thank you.
