Have been hitting this McDonalds location in Clarkson on and off for almost 35 years. Not perfect all of the time, nothing is, but can honestly say 95% of the meals I’ve had here over the decades have been pretty darn good. Some really nice staff and managers over that time as well.
Came here with an app coupon, these coupons sometimes have glitches and counter honours the coupon. However, this particular location did not and told me I had to for the meal at the regular price, even though I had valid coupon that had not been used through the app. It was an embarrassing situation. I will avoid coming to this particular location from now on, as the staff are not at all accommodating. I may just call head office.
I always have a great experience at this McDonalds location. My sandwich’s are always made neatly regardless of if I am in restaurant or order delivery. The crew is always pleasant too!
Ordered here quite a few times. Lately, have had multiple orders taste like literal soap. Completely inedible. It is such a strong and overpowering soap like flavour it is as if they took a bottle of dish soap and poured half of it all over the patties.nnFirst time it happened, thought maybe I was hallucinating, has since happened nearly 5 times!!! Complained, so it wouldn't happen to myself or others in the future, and they said there was nothing they could do.
I always do the delivery order from you guys. And I always order habanero dipcup but never got the dipping sauce cup and i tried to call them so many times but never received the call. I have attached my receipt in this review
