After a Christmas party we popped by this location for some French fries. It was around midnight. There was a line up which, we were ok with. We recognize that during these shifts it's usually a skeleton crew working and some orders may take time.nnWe waited 10 mins in the drive thru again no biggie. We ordered one fries and decided to try the new parmesan fries.nnPaid through the app to make the process even easier, all they needed to do was hand me the fries.nnFinally our turn and we were handed a bag light as air. We drive off and opened the bag. What an absolute joke nnThe fries were not only ICE COLD, they were limp and and soggy as if they had been sitting around all day. There was barely a handful of French fries in this oversized box and seasoning made its way to about three pieces of fries.nnThe clincher - this atrocity cost us $4.49 plus tax.nnWe were so upset and turned off. And due to the amount of time we spent in the drive thru line we didn't want to wait again.nnThese were thrown out. A waste of money.nnI sincerely hope management goes over some of the issues with the night crew and preparing fresh food. This wasn't an isolated incident BUT, since some time had passed one could have only hoped it would be rectified.
Quality has fallen off a cliff ever since the mass firing/ re hiring a year or two ago.nI have yet to receive any proper order since. This time they forgot a second patty in the big Mac.nThey're on the same level as tim Hortons with order consistency now. Shame.
We go to this location regularly and have had inconsistent service. Too many wrong orders in the past to get a 5 star, though today they were efficient and correct even during the busy lunch rush. Kids loved the in door play area when they were younger. It is a busy place, always. Be prepared to wait for your food.
I got good service today but usually this location is not that friendly or make the meals properly.nnEnjoyed the servers patience and the drive thru woman's friendly service.
The old lady that works window with the glasses is very rude. I go there all the time and the majority of time she seems irritated and very abrupt when she speaks. Please have basic customer service abilities. I will consider DT from now on just to avoid her from serving me.
