one of their workers took a bite out of my mccrispy and there was green stale fries inside of it stay AWAYYY
Came to get food at 1:17 waited 15 minutes to get my food a male manager was watching as I was being harassed by homeless people in the lobby waiting for my order. You would think the manager would step in and kick out homeless people but when I went upstairs they were all just hanging out. Worst mcdonalds I've been to no Napkins in the bag was missing 2 cheeseburgers from the meal didn't bother going back to the counter for them because I didn't feel safe since the homeless man was getting aggressive. The food was also cold and meat was dry in my big mac's. If you wanna be harassed and not helped, wait long, have cold dry food, have missing items this is the place for you.
You know what to expect when going to mcdonalds in terms of the food, no complaints.nThe real issue is the service and the atmosphere.nMany McDonald's are packed resulting in slow service, at times the service is slow even when the restaurant isn't busy.nThis specific mcdonalds location has fast service, even with a consistently busy atmosphere. Staff are amazing , regarding the speed of preparing the order ? Don’t forgot guys the shortage of staff and how hard to find employee and keep them after training for long term it is hard in Montréal those days plus the amount of order between orders on the cash , on the screen , digital, app, drive way, Uber etc.... still good they won’t go crazynHowever if you just want coffee or a small order and specially if you are having something for free as a coffee coupon or free things promotions just don’t go on rush hour as simple as that .nThe place in general is good I didn’t stay long for my order short of stuff is normal, order was all good and perfect .
Excellent customer service, the workers there are nice, there was barely anyone in the line, so the orders arrived super quickly. Most of the seats are empty. The only bad thing about this McDonald’s is that sometimes there are trash on the ground.
