I’ve been here several times the past 2 weeks and pretty much got lucky with the drive-thru being empty.nnService is quick & friendly, coffee served hot and it’s at a good price for $1/small & $1.25/medium.nnI also tried out the spicy buffalo snack wrap with crispy chicken and it’s pretty good. The tortilla is cold but the chicken is hot, easy to have on the go and definitely has a bit of heat.
Disappointed. I asked for an iced tea, no ice and as you can see from the photo my iced tea is OILY. You’re a major fast food chain and can’t keep up with maintenance and cleaning of your machines? There’s no excuse. My bill came to 32.96$ and half the order was messed up. I asked for buffalo sauce for the chicken nuggets and was given habanero. I got twenty nuggets and 10 were cold old nuggets. Both fries were cold. If you can make the trip to another Mc Donald’s I’d suggest you do so, unless you want to be disappointed. ‍
It’s clear to me why the reviews are so bad. I waited 20 minutes for my order. During this time, the system glitched, and they couldn’t process any orders. That’s understandable and not their fault at all. However, their customer service was terrible. Instead of quickly notifying all the cars and letting us know there was nothing they could do, they made us wait an average of five minutes per car. At that point, I thought they would at least apologize or offer some form of compensation for the time wasted. Unfortunately, instead, we were ignored for a couple of minutes and then told to leave because the system wasn’t working.nnThe lady, who appeared to be the manager, was very rude and inconsiderate. On the other hand, the employee working in the kitchen seemed much calmer, and it felt like he would have handled the situation better.
Service does that thing where your order number leaves the screen but they haven't even started to prepare it. Surely this makes their metrics appear good.nnRonald play parc is beyond disgusting.
Worst place to ever order from. I was there for half an hour for a delivery order. One employee told me they were working on the order. Then, another one told me that they don't have it. Finally, a third employee asked them why my oder wasn't getting ready. The second employee then punched my order in after making me wait for over 30 minutes. Do to that extreme poor service, I ended up canceling the order. Other drivers were complaining about the store employees recklessness! They don't care about your time at all as driver and/or customer.
