Order a chicken poutine. And this what i get. Classic poutine and doesn’t look like classic poutine. I get there 4,5 times. And this is the last time. Sorry they are not worth it. Please don’t go there.nThanks
I ordered mine off DoorDash, I ordered a sweet chili heat wrap with a poutine and strawberry fruitopia. The food in the bag is mishandled, my poutine was open when I received it. I opened my wrap and I see bacon on a supposedly a sweet chili heat wrap. Fire everyone immediately.nnI haven’t eaten bacon in 12 years.
Pretty cool place if you need a quick and fast food. I never sit in here to eat because I always I am in a rush. So I always order in advance and just do a quick pick up. It is always sealed and clean so I appreciate that.
Worst customer service ever at a Mc Donald's as far as I can tell. We said we had a physical coupon at the drivethru, the girl opened the window and handed the payment terminal as if we didn't mention we had a coupon. We would have paid double the price...nShe didn't say Hi, bye, you have a good dinner, didn't talk to tell us the price when handing the terminal both times... you know like the basics of customer service. If at least she served us without her annoyed face throughout the interaction. I'm pretty sure a robot would have easily done much better. It looks bad for the McDonald's brand. It looks staffs are not fully capable to serve customers at lunch time. There were no serving numbers only one number or none on monitor at pick up counter. My number didn’t even show. I used app. It could better.
