Is it possible for a McDonald's to earn a five-star rating? Certainly, if it can consistently deliver on the expectations set for such an establishment. Unfortunately, this particular branch doesn't hit the mark.nnThe cash register is often unmanned, and if you resort to the self-serve kiosks, be prepared to memorize your order number. The receipt printer is often out of service. The store's interior resembles a turbulent sea of customers, with people either impatiently waiting for their meals, querying why their order numbers have vanished from the screen, or lamenting about a missing item.nnIt's important to clarify that the staff aren't impolite. They appear to genuinely give their all, but they seem understaffed, a battle that's impossible to win single-handedly. Brace yourself for a new dimension of slow service.nnAs for the drive-through, it's a game of luck. It could either offer a smoother experience or, at times, be even more frustrating. They might even close it down abruptly with cars still queued up, offering no explanation or prior warning. A rather unsettling experience overall.
The screens ingeniously allow you to place your order peacefully and pay directly with your card without the help of a cashier. Then you take the line to pick up your order. Easy, set, go!
Trying to pick up an order for doordash after 9 pm in this store is impossible. They actually ignored the order and I can't enter the store so I had to wait outside for like 40 minutes and they didn't give the order. I communicated with the customer and advised him never to buy from here again and he said he never will. I also will never come here or accept an order from this place. Terrible place.
It looks staffs are not fully capable to serve customers at lunch time. There were no serving numbers only one number or none on monitor at pick up counter. My number didn’t even show. I used app. It could better.
One of my least favorite mcdonald's always crowded, orders occasionally wrong, long waiting time, self ordering kiosk often out of receipt paper. Othetwise the food is good, parking spaces are available and drive thru is open 24/7.
