Good parking lot, conveniently located, lots of sitting spots for individuals and groups of friends, with bar table and stools, washroom with hand control faucets, but there is no hand blow dryer or paper towel, so only way to dry your hands with toilet paper if the toilet booth door open, space is tight. Most customers use self service touch screen to order, you can choose English, but when your order is ready, stuff call only in French, if you don't response right away, your order number will disappear on the screen, causing confusion, why not calling in English if you see customers ordering in English, and you can see there is people standing there in front of desk!?!. Poor service
Absolutely disgusting every time I go there there’s a problem with my food and then they make it seem like it’s a big deal when you ask for it to be done properly. These are my nuggets that I got today. Keep in mind that these are replacement of nuggets that were really disgustingly hard yesterday because apparently at night they don’t change the oil and that’s normal to them so when you ask for a replacement they look at you like you’re doing something wrong Will be going back get these replaced.
I don't usually do this for fast food joints because I do realize that it's mainly teenagers who work there, but I've never had such awful experiences at a McDonalds.nnI ordered McDelivery on the app for the first time last night and received someone else's order, and it came from this location. I've called customer service twice and apparently my order isn't eligible for a refund. I don't understand. I got the wrong order - give me a refund. Simple.nnWell, in the meantime, we were starving so we used Uber Eats instead, though it came from this location and they forgot our nuggets.nnEvery single time I've ordered from this location, they do not give me what I ordered. It's fast food, not rocket science.
Very very incompetent workers, I once waited 45mins for 2 cheeseburgers and 2 Junior McChicken, most of the employees are slow and incompetent, Id give 0 stars if I could, I just ordered 2 Cheesburgers and none of them had any cheese in them, see the picture, the manager should be ashamed of such poor management .
The man told me how to order what I wanted so that it would cost less and saved me about 5$nnI wanted a double cheeseburger but claimed that McDonald’s doesn’t sell that anymore so instead to order a Mc double and then ask for an extra cheese and in doing so it would save me money and so since I wanted to end up, saving me like 5 to 6 dollars altogether so I’d have to say it was a pleasant experience nice stuff
