Very very incompetent workers, I once waited 45mins for 2 cheeseburgers and 2 Junior McChicken, most of the employees are slow and incompetent, Id give 0 stars if I could, I just ordered 2 Cheesburgers and none of them had any cheese in them, see the picture, the manager should be ashamed of such poor management .
Absolutely disgusting every time I go there there’s a problem with my food and then they make it seem like it’s a big deal when you ask for it to be done properly. These are my nuggets that I got today. Keep in mind that these are replacement of nuggets that were really disgustingly hard yesterday because apparently at night they don’t change the oil and that’s normal to them so when you ask for a replacement they look at you like you’re doing something wrong Will be going back get these replaced.
Good parking lot, conveniently located, lots of sitting spots for individuals and groups of friends, with bar table and stools, washroom with hand control faucets, but there is no hand blow dryer or paper towel, so only way to dry your hands with toilet paper if the toilet booth door open, space is tight. Most customers use self service touch screen to order, you can choose English, but when your order is ready, stuff call only in French, if you don't response right away, your order number will disappear on the screen, causing confusion, why not calling in English if you see customers ordering in English, and you can see there is people standing there in front of desk!?!. Poor service
Ordered on Doordash... safe to say the employees clearly can't read. Ordered a combo & a burger and drink and only recieved 2 drinks and a burger. Doordash won't refund my order completely and now I've paid for nothing. The burger I received had no cheese and the patties were hard and cold. It was thrown in the trash. Only thing consumable were the drinks. Disappointed and unsatisfactory to the say the least. Paid 40$ for 2 drinks. Thanks McDonald's.nnAs someone who currently works in fast food I'm sorry but the job is not that hard. Read the orders and prepare them properly. Train your employees better.
I have been at this McDonalds drive-thru before, last time being two years ago, and had promised myself never to go back again after waiting something like 20-30 minutes in front of the ordering system for an employee to take my order there was no one else ahead of me. And I remembered they had made mistakes on my orders. So today I thought I out-smarted the system by going inside. First the app showed iced coffee was unavailable but they had it so I couldn’t pre-order using the app. Second the customer service was awful and sluggishly slow. I wanted a medium iced coffee for $1 which I can get from my rewards but the guy was convinced I could only get a small. He did give me a medium then my friend also had a hard time with her order and I shirt it was a model of incompetence. Ordering 3 coffees took us at least 10-15 minutes. So I renew my vows not to go back ever again.
