This McDonald's in the heart of Vancouver downtown serves fresh coffee and delicious food with fast, friendly service. I recently ordered food online and requested delivery. When the food arrived, it was delivered by a cyclist. Unfortunately, everything was stone cold when we got it, and the bag was not wet but felt damp. I would like to have the option to choose that my food is delivered by car or at least have the option to chose. If I wasn't feeling so lazy and just wanted to stay home on Christmas day, I would have just picked it up myself. I could have driven there and picked it up in half the time that it took to have it delivered on a bicycle. I ordered two regular Cokes, but both of them were Diet Coke, which is disgusting. Also, why does the app divert the order to a McDonald's that is further away? There are two McDonald's within a half a kilometer of my location, but the app chose to deliver from one that is 5 km away???nnThe burger looked like it had been sat on, the Mcnuggets were stone cold, and the fries were not fresh. I was surprised because I have driven to this McDonald's many times and always gotten home with hot fries.nnDeliver fee $3.99nService Fee $2.66nCourier Tip $ 4.79nnPayed a premium for this type of service, $11.44 in fees ????
Thank you for serving me with not a small but large piece of eggshell in the McGriddle. Person working needs glasses if they missed this big of a piece going into the egg.nEdit: Oh, I forgot to mention undercooked dough.
This is a rougher McDonald’s. There is lots of seating as there are 2 levels. However, finding seating that is suitable for eating your meal is a nightmare as the majority of tables are unclean with food bits on them, or grease and sauce on the surface. The garbage cans are also overflowing and the trays are stacked so high they are near toppling. The food is still the McDonald’s standard but comes out very slowly. The staff were kind enough. Had the 10 piece nugget meal and it was pretty decent and the hot mustard sauce is the best tasting sauce in my opinion.
Went through the drive through last night, could tell the crew was busy and almost every car had to pull aside to wait for their food but it seemed to be a good system.nWhen I received my order it was fresh and and I only waited about 3-5 minutes in the stall to get it.nnThank you for the quality service 1527 Main Street!
