During my visit to McDonald’s, I found the dining area to be unhygienic. I brought this to the attention of the female manager, but unfortunately, no action was taken. I was very disappointed with this lack of response. However, when I informed the security guard, he acted promptly and ensured that the dining area was cleaned. I appreciate his quick assistance and professionalism.
Truly the worst McMuffin I’ve ever had. More liquid than solid. Heavily spiced and took 25 minutes to arrive. Would not return! two stars!!
This location is fine. Quick and efficient service. This place is a little chaotic and messy.nnThere's a killer pothole in the parking lot. Could wreck a car, and certainly do some damage to a bike/motorcycle. It doesn't look that deep in the photo, but it's way worse and quite wide.
This McDonald's in the heart of Vancouver downtown serves fresh coffee and delicious food with fast, friendly service. The amazing staff creates a welcoming atmosphere, perfect for families with kids.nnThe restaurant offers a spacious seating area, ensuring plenty of room for everyone. With ample parking and a convenient drive-thru, it’s easily accessible.
I was at the McDonald’s on Halloween night around 2am, and I could see a lot of hard work behind the scenes, with staff diligently putting orders together at remarkable speed. But there was one young lady working the till alone, very professionally acknowledging and mediating many unreasonable customer complaints, she went above and beyond in customer service, with a large, inebriated crowd, some of which needed to be removed by security, due to belligerent behaviour. She always maintained the upmost polite professionalism and I hope that she may be acknowledged and appreciated for her work ethic.
