We came to this McDonald’s location for the first time, it was surprisingly very busy. It was full of families with little kids and the elderly catching up with friends. We quite enjoyed the lively atmosphere, but it might be not easy to get a spot to sit down and enjoy your meal. Some people just left their belongings to occupy seats while going to the front to order food.nnFood was standard. Service was okay.
They prioritize drive thru and make walking customers for a long time, and my number one concern is, workers not wearing gloves and using bracelets when handling food, totally unsanitary
I don’t usually write reviews for fast food places, but I felt like I had to share this one. I stopped by McDonald’s recently, and the experience was honestly pretty frustrating from start to finish. First off, it took way longer than expected to get my food. I understand that things can get backed up, especially during busy hours, but it didn’t even look that crowded. There didn’t seem to be much urgency from the staff, and no one communicated any delays or apologized for the wait.nnWhen I finally got my order, I was pretty annoyed to find that my Big Mac was missing the sauce completely. No signature Big Mac sauce at all—just dry buns and meat. That’s literally what makes a Big Mac a Big Mac, and it’s not something you’d expect them to forget. It felt like they just rushed it together without paying any attention to quality or accuracy.nnI didn’t bother going back up to get it fixed because I had already waited long enough and didn’t want to deal with the hassle. But honestly, it was a letdown. You go to McDonald’s expecting something simple and consistent, and this visit missed the mark on both. Hopefully this isn’t the norm at this location, but based on this experience, I’ll think twice before coming back.
This location needs to hire MORE STAFF. It's not the crew's fault that orders take 20 minutes if you can count their size on one hand at peak hours. This is a very busy location, especially during Friday and weekend evenings. It's mind boggling how few staff are employed at any given time I visit. Seems like corporate is doing their best to cut costs and workers after their recent losses.
Sad. Just sad. If you’re experiencing excessive happiness, this place will solve that for you. It starts with a long order placement wait time took 5 minutes for cashier to even show up and borderline theft in the form of automatic credit card charges when you’re standing there with a gift card. Then they take an excessive amount of time to give you a sad burger and some of the saddest fries known to man. This place used to be good, but now it’s truly awful.nnThe one star they get is out of pity for the manager who’s faced with grossly insufficient staff.nnUPDATE 3/2024: the Coke machine is now broken as well
