The McDonald’s on Commercial Drive in Vancouver is, unfortunately, a location best avoided. The food quality is far from acceptable, with meals often served cold and lacking freshness. The fries are frequently soggy and cold, and the chicken wraps are an absolute disappointment—mostly empty bread with barely any filling. If you’re looking for a quick meal, this location will leave you frustrated and unsatisfied.nThe dining area doesn’t fare any better. The seating is often dirty, with the place feeling neglected and overcrowded with homeless individuals. On top of that, the staff are noticeably unprofessional and rude, adding to an already unpleasant experience. Even if you’re desperate and starving, this branch is not worth the visit. Save your time and money by heading elsewhere.
Went there today around 3:20pm i guess her name was ruby host. She was in hurry i said can i have two junior chicken she said anything else you need a bag. Then again i said with cheese again she repeated her line anything else…… a bag. I said let me complete first then i said two junior chickenfresh with cheese with silver onions one small fries 4 ketchup and I don’t need a bag. Then she gave me only two junior chicken and 4 ketchup no fries. I don’t have that much time to order again..
ATTENTION SHARKS WITH LASER BEAMS.......Typical McDonald's food little less than average but the big big concern is the huge amount of homeless setting up shop in the McDonald's on a daily basis. You can't enter the store without being harassed by some dude smoking a pipe and then when you get in there there's just drugs and paraphernalia all over the table with people passed out. It's everyday so I had to stop going just out of safety reasons but I do want to stress this to the public please don't go to this McDonald's. Just for the reason it is unsafe. They are unable to control the dining room area and it gets super out of hand. Anyways I hope this finds the public. McDonald's I think maybe you should look into this issue it's been years now and it's just getting worse
Good location, very tiny McDonald's. Strange smell all the time at exactly this location. Coming to all chain quite often and no noticeable smell, but this place has specific smell. Service friendly and supportive, thanks to the staff. Automatic order Machine working fine, order TV screen working as supposed to be.nI think if you're comparing to Alberta all McDonald's in BC working great - I'm still shocked.nIf you'll find source of smell and reduce it, big improvement guaranteed. Good place for getting your fast food.npc: for those using app, large iced coffee offer is just 1$.
Depending on the day some empyolees are so incompent and cant follow basic instructions they sometimes Dont toast the english muffins for breakfest sandwichs or add bacon to the sandwichs when order and if you dine in they descriminate you depending on the empylee work by not giving you a tray for dine in and some of the emplyee use a dirty rag to shake your ice coffee lid not sence of any work ethic or accountablity
