Got a deep fried wasp in my fries, went in to tell the staff and they didn’t believe me. Just told me no it’s not true until I literally showed the guy working the till. They just offered to get me another set of fries but I don’t exactly want to eat more fries out of the same oil that fried a wasp. Staff just kept working as usual. No one really seemed to care so I just left. It also took 15 minutes to make a wrap so I wouldn’t say their very fast.
This is the absolute worst Mcd’s I have ever experienced! Homeless people in just about every corner and a morning manager woman is just the rudest.. even put her bare hand in the warmer and touched the food with bare hands after handling cash! How is this franchise not cleaned up by head office? Brutal!
Busy, busy, busy location with lots of students. No doubt this is UBC. Used the kiosk to save time which was probably the same wait as ordering at the counter. The food came and I sat down around the corner from the kitchen. Filet of fish and a cheeseburger. Tasted pretty good. French fries were not seasoned. Nice surprise. Usually it's heavily salted. Didn't have vinegar packs and only ketchup dispenser. Floors were mopped at the time but were slippery. Should block off wet areas to let floors dry before letting customers walk on it. Can be a hazard and cause injury accident in the future.
Staff behind counter were more interested in socializing than making food and getting orders out correctly. A cook was consuming food at their station, and making food without handwash in between. Lots of bare hands touching food. Skip it if possible.
I ordered crispy chicken and bacon wrap.nBut there was no bacon.nEven when they re wrapping, opened both side, all ingredients came out and fell down.nI asked grill but no grill. Totally awful
