Most disgusting McDonald's ever. Unbelievable slow service. Employers are meant and incompetent. Always a big fcken mess, full with little scumbs who driving rollers in the restaurant and harras other customers. DISGUSTING, THIS PLACE NEED TO BE CLOSED!!!
last night around 5pm, have to wait for good while OUTSIDE due to they have big orders prepared inside and lacking staff, after we ordered take out, all food are completely cold, and there is no point go back as we are living miles away. Also many times when my daughter ordered plain burger but never got it plain, I don't understand were they not understand for what the customer's order or they just don't care at all.
This Mc Donald's looks lovely when you enter it, the staff or lack of not overly friendly. The food was okay but I was driven out of the seating area by the amount of small flies coming out of the overflowing bins.Food: 4/5
Did a review 3 years ago so here's another one. Went in to get a coffee for myself and my wife. My mother in law was with us and all she wanted was ice cream. It was 9am and so breakfast menu was in full swing. My wife asked if any ice cream was available as her mother wanted some. They were amazing and that's a word that does not quantify what they did. They said the ice cream was not ready but if we came back in 10min it might be ready. My wife came back and as if by magic it appeared. They did not charge us for it too. They were as they thought helping an old dear who just wanted ice cream. What they didn't know was that we just got out of hospital we our mum after being diagnosed with cancer and with all the medication ice cream was all she could manage. To say the atmosphere in the car was emotional but after this with McDonalds thay have no idea how much they lifted our spirits but especially my mum in law. From the bottom of my heart thank you a million times no a trillion times for your kindness.
My husband went to go pick up food and ordered a crispy bacon salad and this is what we got. Ridiculous. If you’re closing, then just communicate that. We will gladly order something else. Lazy as hell.
Food & service were good Unfortunately, the surroundings were absolutely FILTHY dirty Rubbish everywhere on floors & tables Obviously, no one designated to clean up the main areas . Took my food out & ate in my car I was absolutely shocked and I have never seen any takeaway or restaurant as unclean
Clean and nice. Staff are friendly I suppose because I used the self checkout. Do checkout the app deals for better prices. Did not take long to prepare the order. Happy with the service.
very badly organized, the waiting time is very long and you have the opportunity not to find everything you ordered, you have to check you can't trust. it doesn't deserve a star
Will never go again..this McDonald's never has Curry or milkshakes and twice ordered from just eat and order never came...staff keep forgetting to put all order in bag staff look all over the place...will drive the Extra few miles to order else were..
This “restaurant” must be closed for inspection. I have been there several times, it is just disgusting who dirty it is. This evening 29th December 2022, I had to wait 30 min for the order - which is fine, I understand that staff was really slammed with orders. It was fine. But those flieeeees! They are everywhere. I couldn’t seat one place of how many and annoying they were. I had to move from back to the front part hoping I would avoid them but not. Fruti flies were everywhere. And the whole restaurant looks like it had not have a proper deep cleaning since beginning of the year. I will definitely consult someone and send an official complaint for health inspection to a government body. Just disgusting. I am not going to mention 30 min wait, as well as the very small limited menu. Whoever is a manager there - he/she must be fired. I mean, it would take under 1 hour a week to do a proper deep wash of the service area and then do hourly check up.
