My favorite stand alone Starbucks in the area. They are always so nice and helpful when I’ve had questions. If you’re thinking you’re going to order ahead on the app to beat the lines, you might want to think again. This place is typically busy during the hours you’d expect it to be. They also limit menu items on the app during these times so you have to come in and order. Not mad at it. Just wanted to share songs knowledge.
Waited until 5:30 to order, got to the store at 5:40 and was completely ignored by the barista after knocking on the door and trying to call. Sorry you were late but you don’t need to make everyone else late too. I want my money back. Update: It was the shift manager who was ignoring the customer. She left the employee to let us in, apologize, and refund our money. That’s not leadership.
One of the nicest and cleanest Starbucks I’ve been too. The staff is friendly especially Mallory who is very kind and friendly, makes your day. It’s usually filled with nearby students but other than that, only nice people here. The neighbourhood is amazing and beautiful. Worth the visit.
The worst Starbucks location ever. I order ice latte no ice and all I got is half cup for full price other location never did this I wish there were zero stars
Awesome service! Location not so great tho
Love the workers of this store. But I saw who I assume to be the owner of the place yelling at employees while I was trying to study. Totally unprofessional and I can only imagine what the employees go through on a regular basis. Why would the owner act like that in front of customers ? Bad look for Starbucks especially when there are tons of authentic and local cafes within blocks of this place. Will never be back.
Batista was very rude will not go back.
Customer service here can be hit or miss, but Adam was a really great example of great customer service. I was having trouble paying with the starbucks app and he went to great lengths to help me figure it out even while the other employee was reluctant to help. Thank you, Adam!

Always nice staff. Good coffee/love Starbucks. Vegan milk options. Friendly atmosphere. Clean store. Good outside sitting option. Nice neighboorhood. Thankful for the staff that works as fast as possible for a little bit more than minimum wage during an epidemic to make sure most of us can have a cup of "before the epidemic" feeling.
