The guy making my footlong sandwich took absolutely no care whatsoever. He was rushing even though there were only 2 customers, was adding minimal amounts of salad and not making any effort to distribute it evenly. At one point he added 2 bits of cucumber to one side of the sandwich. I said I wasn't going to pay and left. I went to the other Subway in the centre of Hinckley where the quality is far superior.

Nice, simple and quick food. Probably a lot better for your health than a burger. There is a lot of variety, very reasonably priced. Plus, you can earn points that build up to get money off future orders. Also you can have hash browns, various wraps, smothered nachos and a whole range of crisps, cookies and snacks. Well worth a visit.
Great choice of subs for a fair price. Good staff. Seating outside or inside. The breakfast sub is a good deal too and it tastes great. Nice change from McDonald's breakfast. You won't be disappointed with the coffee either.
Very good and very clean place. Gives amazing feeling when entering the shop.... Just like a family there ....
Great food and lovely staff. Don't make you feel rushed or anything, pleasant little sandwich shop, clean and tidy. Very nice place etc go for a casual bite to eat, prices are pretty good too for what you get. Plenty of parking too, without having worry about parking tickets or paying to park up. Shall be coming in future more often.
Absolutely rubbish I have never been 2 a subway b4 and just popped in 2 get 6inch cheese salad roll couple in front of me had a big order a whole office of sandwich order which took ages as both chaps that were making up order went ahead with this order as the shop was filling up queue was outside instead of getting queue down they went ahead with big order so had 2 wait y they finished will never go there again!!!!! When I did get served they were very apologetic
Not a great experience. Staff busy talking when time would have been better spent cleaning up. Tables on top of each other. Comfy chairs pushed against wall so could not use. Toilet a 'mess'. Food was ok though.
Bad experience, wanted to use my points for a sub and they deducted the points then said there was a technical error so I couldn’t take the sub without paying. They then offered 50% off.
This restaurant is maintained well, clean and the staff are professional and efficient. There is a comfortable seating area which I have not seen before in a Subway, a bit like a coffee shop. I can’t say anything bad about this Subway!
